The decrease came from the indication of drugs, a decrease of 4.9 from 24 to 25 There is approximately twice the number of 25 total offenders than arrestees. Drugs or alcohol use was reported for 13 percent of the murder incidents and 15 percent of the aggravated assault incidents. Alcohol involvement was reported for almost 2, (1%) of the offenders for simple assault. Other than the drug violation incidents, counterfeit/forgery and weapons laws were the only other offense categories where drugs were reported more than alcohol. 85
