6 The following information below reflects the number of Overdose Incidents by the Calendar month for 2018: Month Total January 9 February 10 March 15 April 12 May 9 June 18 July 14 August 13 September 7 October 2 November December Out of the 109 Overdose Incidents that have occurred in 2018, 94 of them have involved Caucasians individuals. The sex of the Overdose Victim(s) is 78 being males and 31 being females. The average age of the individuals who have overdosed was found to be 35 years of age: ETHNICITY TOTAL Caucasians 94 African American 15 Asian Alaskan/Indian Hispanic SEX MALE 78 FEMALE 31 The Calvert County Sheriff s Office, in response to the Heroin/Opioid crisis that effect Counties around the State, has taken the initiative to reduce the number

The Sheriff s Office Drug Intelligence Program Coordinator works with other combined Public Safety Officials, Washington/Baltimore HIDTA region, and the Calvert County Health Department to facilitate interventions and treatment for Overdose Victim(s) and families. SOLID Program Calvert County Sheriff s Office Naloxone (Narcan) Deployments: Naloxone Deployments Total Victim(s) with multiple Naloxone Deployments The information below reflects the number of Overdose Victim(s) from Calvert County that have Overdosed in another jurisdiction within the State of Maryland.
