If you are still addicted, you need to ask yourself Am I ready to quit the addiction? Will I be able to do it successfully? There are two factors that will determine your success. They are 1. For further details how you can quit your addictions, continue reading this booklet.

INTRODUCTION What Is Addiction? What Causes Addiction? According to dictionary meanings: Addiction: It is Habitual psychological or physiologic dependence on a substance or practice that is beyond voluntary control. (Medilexicon's medical) According to the world English dictionary Addiction is the condition of being abnormally dependent on some habit, especially compulsive dependency on narcotic drugs. Withdrawal: It is a psychological and/or physical syndrome caused by the abrupt cessation of the use of a drug in an habituated person. Earlier addiction was presumed to be consuming mood altering substances (Substance Dependence) that cross the blood-brain barrier, temporarily altering the chemical balance of the brain thereby changing the psychological behavior of the person. These substances were considered such as alcohol, tobacco and sedative & hypnotic drugs. So, what is Substance Dependence? Substance dependence is when an individual persists in use of alcohol or other drugs despite problems related to use of the substance, substance dependence may be diagnosed. Compulsive and repetitive use may result in tolerance to the effect of the drug and withdrawal symptoms when use is reduced or stopped. This, along with Substance Abuse are considered Substance Use Disorders. People with an addiction do not have control over what they are doing, taking or using. Their addiction may reach a point at which it is harmful. So We can conclude according to psychology that Addiction is better defined as a behavioral syndrome where drug procurement and use seem

to dominate the individual s motivation and where continued drug intake seems necessary to maintain optimal psychological functioning of the individual. As of now Addictions do not only include physical things we consume, such as drugs or alcohol, but may include virtually anything, such abstract things as gambling to seemingly harmless products, such as chocolate - in other words, addiction may refer to a substance dependence (e.g. drug addiction) or behavioral addiction (e.g. gambling addiction). Habit versus Addiction? Addiction - there is a psychological/physical component; the person is unable to control the aspects of the addiction without help because of the mental or physical conditions involved. Habit - it is done by choice. The person with the habit can choose to stop, and will subsequently stop successfully if they want to. The psychological/physical component is not an issue as it is with an addiction. To make you understand easily with a habit you are in control of your choices, with an addiction you are not in control of your choices. Addiction to substances or activities can sometimes lead to serious problems and causes of addiction vary considerably, and are not often fully understood. They are generally caused by a combination of physical, mental, circumstantial and emotional factors which may pose more worrying concerns at home, work, school and society.

Try this test to see which way is better for you. Choose the right method of quitting for you Answer the questions Yes No Not sure 1. Stopping addiction is one of the most important things in the World to me right now. Yes No Not sure 2. I can handle a tough problem without drugs / cigarette (or) Alcohol. Yes No Not sure 3. I have to quit addiction and my reasons are good enough to do it now. Yes No Not sure 4. If I quit this minute, I know I can find a way to resist the craving to addiction, even if it is strong. Yes No Not sure If your answer to all of the above question is Yes you may be a candidate to quit immediately. But before you do, read on to get the tools necessary to be successful. After reading the following set a time to quit, if not right now, then tomorrow, but do it. What about the doubts you may feeling now? Most addicts will get a sense of doubt when they read the questions above. You probably are not confident in your ability to follow through with resisting any future craving to booze, or finding something to substitute for the feelings that smoking has given to you? In order to have the confidence to quit you. 1 Must find an alternative to handle the urge to addiction, when it hits 2. Create ways to deal with the reasons that you addiction in the first place.

THE RISKS OF ADDICTIONS According to surveys in the United States there are around eighteen million people suffering from an alcohol use disorder which includes alcoholism (alcohol dependence) and alcohol abuse. Some evidence suggests that there is an increasing use of illicit drugs and reported numbers point to over 3 million drug addicts in India and of this HIV is a significant issue for drug addicts in India with over 2.4 million people infected. As per World Health Organization The harmful use of alcohol results in 2.5 million deaths each year. 3,20,000 young people between the age of 15 and 29 die from alcohol-related causes, resulting in 9% of all deaths in that age group. At least 15.3 million persons have drug use disorders. Injecting drug use reported in 148 countries, of which 120 report HIV infection among this population. A summary of global drug abuse statistics was released by Australian researchers shows the estimated numbers of drug abusers in various areas of the world, and finds that wealthier, more advanced countries are more at risk. Among the study s findings are estimates of illicit drug abuse throughout the world: Between 149 million and 271 million people worldwide used an illicit drug at least once (as of 2009); which equals 1 in 20 people aged 15 to 64 who have used an illegal drug. In North America, nearly 11% of the population aged 15 to 64 used cannabis in 2009.

Between 14 million and 56 million people aged 15 to 64 worldwide used amphetamine-type stimulants, such as speed and crystal meth. Cocaine use was highest in North America in 2009, and it had 14 million to 21 million users worldwide. Opioid use, including heroin, had an estimated 12 million to 21 million users globally. The highest rates of use were in the near and Middle East, where up to 1.4% of the population aged 15 to 64 had tried the drug at least once in There are between 11 million and 21 million people who inject drugs worldwide. According to health care experts, If you smoke you will be twelve times more likely to die from lung cancer. If you drink alcohol you will be ten time more likely to die from liver damage. If you take Narcotic drugs you will be eight times more likely to die from Kidney damage. Now let s just think for one short moment would not it be very important for you to increase your chances of living from two to twelve times longer, gain many extra years of happiness, healthy existence and save thousands as medical expenses? Enough is Enough Another overlooked benefit is the amount of money saved by not buying cigarettes, alcohol, drugs in the first place. For example, let us calculate in dollars - if you drink one Q. bottle every day at 20$ per bottle you spend $7300 per year and if your habit has continued for a period of 15 years you will have spent an incredible $109,500. If you drink two Q. bottles for the same period of time, you spend $ 219,000.

If you want to help yourself to be successful you need to be humble & able to answer the following two questions honestly 1. What can you do to reduce the desire to drink alcohol every time it hits your mind? 2. What will you do until the urge passes away? With the information contained in this booklet, I will give you the ammunition you need in this war against addictions. You will be able to resist the urge to booze every time it hits your mind and you will be able to resist it until the urge passes. Next, you will need to deal with reasons that you booze now. What kind of satisfaction does gives you? Physical, Mental or emotional satisfactions? Ask yourself.

KNOW YOUR ENEMY 1. Alcohol Alcohol creates a biochemical reaction in your body that has an immediate effect on your mood, your ability to reason, and your body metabolism especially liver. Even if you only booze 300 ml per day, You do feel so bad when you try to quit? The more you drink, the higher level of chemical dependency will be reached. Light boozers can also become just as dependent on alcohol as a psychological impact. In this way it can effect moods and feelings in certain or in all situations. It is only a matter of seconds, after that first sip of alcohol, you start to have an effect on your circulatory system, and the rest of your body & certain areas of the brain, when stimulated by alcohol help you think more faster. Other areas of the brain lie in a pleasure centre which when stimulated can make you feel more relaxed and less anxious. Alcohol also effects the hormones produced by the body, which creates a chemical dependency to alcohol and the accompanying craving. Heavy boozer have become dependent on heightened levels of hormones stimulated by alcohol, which can have an addictive quality. Their body requires alcohol at certain time intervals. As the stimulation of hormones tend to fall they need another sip to brighthen their levels back into the comfort zone. If they do not get that alcohol their craving begins.

HOW YOU CAN QUIT ADDICTION Quitting is hard if you have tried to quit addiction. You know how Heroin, Cocaine, alcohol, nicotine all are addictive chemicals. Many people have found that including physical activity in their program to quit addiction has added a tremendous benefit to assist in quitting addiction. There are many reasons for this. When people are more active, they gain back their confidence and likely to be more positive themselves & like themselves more. They feel more energetic and are more capable of dealing with stress & tensions in their lives. With increased activities, the smell of addiction materials actually becomes offensive. Whenever you feel the urge or the need of dependence of substance of your addictive, after you have decided to quit - get up and move around instead of having thought over the addictive. A brief physical activity can provide you with the lift that you may have received from addiction materials like alcohol, nicotine, heroin or cocaine. Finally if above methods are not working go for Enigma 2x drops. Whenever there is a carving for addiction, use 3 drops of Enigma 2x you will get relief within 6 seconds. Consider the following questions:- How and when do you want to quit your Addiction? There are only two ways to effectively quit Addiction immediately (use enigma 2x drops) (cold turkey) or gradually. When you quit gradually, you use various methods to taper off before you have that last taste of your addiction (sip of Alcohol). Neither way is better than the other for all people, pick the one that you feel first your temperament.

QUIT ADDICTIONS IN SIX SECONDS Look at the reasons for Quitting:- You will live longer and live better. Become a high energy person without addiction. Quitting will lower your chance of having a heart attack. Reduces the chance of cancers and liver damages. Relax and enjoy the pleasure of relaxation without addictions. Take a deep breath, hold it for a few seconds, and exhale as if you had just taken your first attempt of your substance (example - sip of alcohol). Part of the feeling you get from addiction is a direct result of taking a deep breath.
