The following information relates to your use of Primary Drug Based on your answers to questionnaires you completed earlier, we have prepared a personalized summary of your DRUG USE. These include: 1. A graph showing how many people have used your primary drug in the past year, past month, and lifetime. Compare your drug use with that of others to see where you fit in. You reported using drugs on % of days in the last 3 months. 2. Your score on the DAST, a questionnaire that evaluates the extent to which a person s drug use is a problem.
