In case of 14 minutes talk : slides, 12 minutes talk : slides & 10 minutes talk slides. 4. First alarm bell will be when 2 minutes are left to finish your talk 5. 2 nd alarm bell will be when you have finished your talk. Automatically slides will go off. Please don t ask the organisers to give me few minutes/ more time. 6. The message should be clear to the audience. 7. Questions from audience / delegates to your talk will be taken at the end of the sessions. 8. Volunteers will collect questions and hand over to respective chairperson who will read question for you to answer. 9. Answer to question should be brief and to the point. 10. Please deposit your slides in preview room two hours before your talk. 11. Using of your laptop for presentation will not be possible. Please don t ask for this.

6 Instructions to be followed by chairpersons 1. All the questions will be taken up in end of the session. 2. Chairpersons will introduce the speaker briefly. 3. In each session there will be 4-5 chairperson. 4. At the end of session call all the speakers to sit on the dias to take up questionsprovided by the audience/deligates. 5. Questions written on slips by audience will be collected by the volunteers and handed over to the chairpersons. Questions will be read by the chairperson to respective speaker. 6. Please see that talk is finished within the allotted time.
