9 Ask Terry Dear Terry: I m going through some rough times and a lot of stuff has gone wrong. I worry a lot. Because of this I m really having a hard time sleeping. I m so exhausted that I fall asleep the minute I hit the pillow, but then I snap awake in the middle of the night and my mind starts racing again. What can I do to at least get a good night s sleep?
