6 This natural dental gel is an aqueous gel using our novel, patent pending antioxidants and essential oils that are specifically formulated for use in the mouth. Cool and flavorful, NBF Gel will freshen breath while soothing soft tissue in the oral cavity resulting in a pleasant, fresh feeling in the mouth Propolis - Which is created by bees from the natural resin produced by trees. It is what the bees use to keep the hive free from infection. It is one of the nature s most powerful antibacterial substances with well known oral health benefits. Propolis contains a range of key bioflavonoids which are known for their antioxidant effects, which may help maintain a healthy immune system. Contain Xylitol - a natural substance found in birch trees. A clinically proven that helps fight cavities, tooth decay, prevent plaque build-up and bad breath. Is has a great tasting because contain only Natural flavors and it is sweetened with Stevia. Sodium Monofluorophopshate 60 ppm - the Fluoride level is very low, thus is very safe for use with children and also reducing the risk that the implant might loosen. The high concentration of fluoride found in normal toothpaste attacks the titanium layer of the implant. Fluoride has been linked to a number of health problems that include dental fluorosis, thyroid problems, osteoporosis, cancer and more. People already are ingesting the proper amount of fluoride on a daily basis and it is not necessary to have more. An excess of fluoride inhibits digestive enzymes and leads to eating problems in children and adults. 32% of American children have some form of dental fluorosis, a white or brown mottling of the teeth. Aloe vera rich with polysaccharides for soothing effect. Vit C and Vit E are powerful antioxidants and they are blended with Propolis using patent pending technology (to help nourish and strengthening of the gums). Grepefruit, Rosemary & Eucalyptus are natural antiseptics that fight bacteria and freshen breath. Calendula (Pot Marigold) offer outstanding anti-inflammatory and soothing action. Calcium Glycerophosphate (Natural Mineral) - helps strengthen tooth enamel by reinforcing calcium bioavailability. It is able to inhibit plaque formation and tooth decay ( caries ) in the mouth. Exctract from Green tea is rich with powerfull antioxidants for boosting of saliva antioxidant (self defense) potential. Silica - to gently polish and naturally whiten your teeth without harsh bleaching agents. Menthol & Mentha Piperita oil work together to freshen breath. Sorbitol, Cellulose, PEG-32 and Glycerin are unique mixed to regulate the ph-balance of formula and to ensure fast acting of all other ingredients.

7 MODE OF ACTION After the application: The mouth is naturally a moist environment, thus the contact time of topically applied product is limited, resulting in reduced protecting potency and effectiveness. The Nano-Emulsion Particles surpass this problem due to their ultra-fine size. They are much more efficient in rapidly penetrating the cell than their regular size counterparts. A Nano-bio active protective film is created from powerful antioxidant which are soluble and not bio accumulative. This way the gel allows nourishment, rejuvenation, soothing, protection of the mouth tissue by increased absorption, improved clinical efficiency and decreased toxicity, allowing visible result in just minutes after NBF Gingival Gel application. The powerful antioxidant infused Nano-Gel, reduces free radical, which in addition to bacteria build up are contributing factors in gum inflammation. The Propolis and vitamins C and E possess excellent antioxidant properties. Thanks to the NBF nanotechnology, these substance are able to enter in the cells more easily and more quickly, and their effects are therefore exert more rapidly. NBF Gingival gel is available in all major countries worldwide Certified Production: U.S. FDA (Product NDC Code): Registered ISO 9001 I Certificate No.: Q48212

12 RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT PLATFORM TECHNOLOGY NanoCureTech is a cooperation based on original nanopowder manufacturing system. We will compete with world class corporations by integrating nano technology into new drug research and development of new products. Nano Powder Making Equipment Process of nano powder R&D of the new drug Product development phase & Business OUTLINE OF NANOPOWDER MANUFACTURE NanoCureTech focuses on antioxidants and construction of its nano size. We have developed nanoequipment to develop nanosized materials. Our nanoequiment has been made to overcome major limitations of nanoequiment such as uniformity of nanomaterials and clustering of nanoparticles. Our company has developed the nanosize of all antioxidants such as vitamin C. By developing these nanosizes, we expect to compare and analyze activity in cellular and animals levels, so that we may apply them into new drug development. Also, we are offering nanopowders to any institute or cooperation who wish to use or apply it. We welcome any business partners who wish to share our studies. RESEARCH OF NEW DRUGS Due to the peculiar nature of nanoparticles, cellular research has been possible. Until recently, nanosize has been used as a transmitter, but we believe nanosize itself may have medical effects. Therefore by applying and regulating nanomaterials, we hope to advance new drug development.

13 RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT INDUSTRALIZATION OF ITEMS By the development, production and efficacy investigation of the initial nanopowder, there are lots of processes to undergo before it may be manufactured and industrialized. Manufacturing and industrialization By these processes, we will work hard so that nanoparticles maybe developed into candidates for newer drugs, and be manufactures and industrialized into new items. Also to improve the quality of life of humans, and to achieve a world without disease, we will continue on in our researches. 18 NFB GINGIVAL GEL A GINGIVA-PROTECTING TOOTHPASTE PRODUCED BY NANOTECHNOLOGICAL METHODOLOGY This gingiva-protecting, high functional toothpaste contains propolis, vitamins C and E. It is important that it does not contain any artificial materials such as antibiotics or steroid or non-steroid anti-inflammatory agents. The propolis and vitamin C and E contents promote the faster healing of dermal and mucosal wounds and epithelization. Thanks to the nanotechnology, these substances are able to enter the cells more easily and more quickly, and their effects are therefore exerted more rapidly. The terms gingiva-protecting and functional relate to the fact a very fine nano-emulsion is formed on the surface of the oral mucosa, and can therefore exert its antibacterial and wound-healing effects. Both the international and the Hungarian reviews of literatures indicate its good applicability from the following aspects: to promote primary healing after surgery on the oral cavity; for the rapid healing of burn wounds (e.g. caused by leser treatment); in cases of poorly-healing wounds int he oral cavity; for the treatment of aphtha or herpes; in cases of lichen or erythroplakia; in cases of xerostomia. The permission relating to its commercial availability refers to this product as a functional toothpaste, but the literature data demonstrate that it is also outstandingly suitable for the treatment of poorly-healing or burned skin wounds. 23 NBF Gingival Gel shows the properties of prebiotic which promotes the growth of streptococci which are main in normal oral cavity microflora. NBF Gingival Gel has an antimicrobial effect against opportunistic microorganisms. It work on that way to not destroy the good bacteria. Infection control is one of the most challenging and complex problems in dentistry today. The mouth is a sea of bacteria normally living in balance with the rest of the human body. Under certain conditions, disease causing bacteria can become dominant, creating infection. These bacteria live together in the biofilm, which supports a mixture of bacteria, viruses, fungi and even parasites. The complication is that each of these require a different drug to eliminate its dominance. NBF antioxidant technology for oral wound healing, tissue regeneration and oral disease management is based on the experience over the last 30 years of Prof. Dr. Park as a Maxillofacial Surgeon and Implantologist in South Korea. Wound healing requires a variety of cells to increase their metabolic activity. Antioxidants at the wound site has been shown to promote wound healing by stimulating several processes including the following: Anti-bacterial activities. Neo-vascularisation. Collagen production (The antioxidants, such as vitamins, polyphenols and flavonoids, reduce collagen degradation by reducing the concentration of Free Radicals in the tissues). Epithelialisation. Phagocytosis (engulfing of micro-organisms, cells or debris by macrophages or neutrophils). Severe and destructive processes can also be caused by deficient antioxidant efficiency. An optimal uptake of antioxdant is necessary to maintain the bio reactions of the body and for a healthy life. NBF can provide the antioxdant necessary to allow these processes to proceed effectively. Often, products like chlorhexidine digluconate, hydrogen peroxide, and other local or systemic antimicrobials are used to support periodontal treatment. These products are known to have beneficial effects. They also have their limitations, disadvantages and side effects. The topical application of antioxidants as a secure for tissue regeneration and wound healing is a much safer alternative which benefits the human body.

24 NBF Gel kills pathogenic bacteria much more effectively than a single high concentration of these remedies without damage to fibroblasts and stimulate the growth of the good bacteria. Also, the gel work on increasing of the salivary antioxidant potential and on that way increase the self-defense potential of the oral tissue. Peri-Implantitis and periodontitis are bacterial infections with chronic inflammation characteristics. In the mouth are discovered only 20% of the all microbes. Other 80% are called - black microbe matter. Killing of all (bad and good bacteria) is not the best approach. Our goal is to enable and to reinforce the self defense and self curing of the organism (oral cavity). The oxidative stress is a factor in the development of multiple chronic inflammatory diseases. The antioxidants affect wound healing, and they can be used during patient treatment and home care to improve tissue healing. There are multiple studies that have shown a potential decrease in wound healing time associated with the topical application of antioxidants. Specific combinated antioxidants lower inflammatory markers and facilitate wound healing by promoting fibroblast migration. Their use may be particularly effective in patients who smoke, as nicotine promotes an increase in the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) which results in a heightened degree oxidative damage to human fibroblasts. (1-2) Infection is another factor that can raise the level of free radicals and ROS. Bacterial infections trigger the release of chemicals including cytokines, chemokines, prostaglandins, and destructive enzymes, which create large quantities of ROS. Chlorhexidine is commonly used in dentistry post periodontal surgery to inhibit bacterial infection, but it has been shown to have a detrimental effect on cell migration and long term cell survival, even in diluted concentrations. (3) NBF GEL can be used both in the clinical setting and for patient home care to reduce ROS caused by oral stressors. The products on work post-periodontal and implant surgery by increasing cell viability and the migration of fibroblast cells while achieving an antimicrobial effect.
