15 1 HOW TO APPLY Apply pea sized of NBF Gingival Gel on a dry toothbrush and brush regularly for 3 minutes morning and evening for protection from gingival or mucosal lining inflammation. 2 To support the natural healing process in any particular area of the mouth: Wipe off the saliva from the place of application with gauze or cotton. Apply a thin coat of the gel to the affected area with a clean dry finger or cotton bud Massage the area for 20 seconds. Leave undisturbed for as long as possible. For optimum result, refrain from drinking or eating for 10 minutes and then rinse.
