Cardiac Rehabilitation and Prevention An integrated clinic providing suspected or diagnosed cardiac illness patients with specialized services, support and treatment. Cardiac Rehabilitation (Exercise and Rehab) Provides support for lifestyle management after an acute cardiac event through a multidisciplinary team approach. Includes both education and exercise. 7 Education Resource Services The Coast Capital Savings Education Centre, located on the ground floor, offers a variety of education services and resources to our patients at JPOCSC. We provide access to computers and health information in order to help patients manage their own health and prevent disease. Volunteer or staff assistance available Mon Fri: 10am 2pm Education materials and computer access available during regular building business hours. 8 Laboratory Medicine Lung Health Services A satellite lab to Surrey Memorial Hospital offering Level 1 chemistry, hematology, blood products and some pathology services. Other testing can be done at the Outpatient Centre but will be sent to the SMH lab for analysis. Lung Health Clinic for patients with known chronic disease Lung Rehabilitation: For patients with stable chronic lung disease Lung Diagnostics: Lung Diagnostics (formerly known as the Pulmonary Function Lab) provided for Surrey residents from 17 years of age and up. Pediatric lung diagnostics will continue to be available at Surrey Memorial Hospital.
