Better sensitivity than microscopy. Validated on human stool samples. Toxoplasma gondii BE-A997 Recommended by the National Reference Center in France. Sensitivity of the technic well recognize for the congenital toxoplasmosis. Better sensitivity and specificity compared to ELISA. Quantification needed for the diagnosis of congenital toxoplasmosis. Easier and faster. Validated on aminiotic and BAL fluid, whole blood, umbilical cord, blood, serum, CSF and biopsy samples. Placenta sample recently validated.
