2 BIO PHOTON RED LIGHT THERAPY* More than 40 years ago, both NASA and Russian Space Agency noticed that astronauts who became injured while in space would not heal until they were back here on Earth. The other discovery was that when the plants were placed aboard spacecraft to experiment with ways to grow food during long distance space travel, the astronauts who became injured were healing before they got back to earth. MAGNETIC THERAPY Magnetic therapy has a long history of use permanent magnets as a healing method. Each Ereada Purple Amethyst Mat of Pro, Single or Mid- size is equipped with 12 powerful static magnets installed in the lower area ( hip and leg zone ) of the mat. These magnets are believed to stimulate the body cellular repair for a wide variety of musculoskeletal, vein and nerves disorders and conditions.* They naturally produce 300 Gauss Magnetic Field even without any electricity. But in addition to static magnets the new Ereada Mats are also featured with the special modules for Pulsed Magnetic Field (PEMF) generation. After this connect the controller plug to the wall socket. Turn the mat ON, chose the session time using the timer button and operate the mat same as it is described in the User Guide. Just refer to the above mentioned information about the details about ION, PHOTON and PEMF buttons and indicators functions. It is recommended to preheat the Mat for 1 hour on the highest level 7 to check it everything works properly. Put on the protector case if you use the mat on high heat modes. Turn on the controller and chose 1 of 7 levels for heating. 5 Use slow and continuous mode of increasing session intensity. Begin with the low temperature levels and short time sessions of half hour or less and gradually increase the length and intensity.
