Homoeopathic therapy for lower uriary tract symptoms i me with Beig Prostatic Hyperplasia: A radomized multicetric cliical trial July Jauar y 2014 Objectives: The primary objective is to compare the chages i Iteraal Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS) withi the three groups i the study, amely Homoeopathic Costitual (HC) remedy, Homoeopathic Costitual + Orga remedy (HC + O) ad Placebo (PL). The secodary objectives are to compare the chages i Prostate volume (PV), Post Void Residual Urie (PVRU), Urlowmetry ad i WHOQOL BREF. Material ad Methods: A multicetericthree-armed radomized cliical trial was coducted at five ceters Cetral Coucil for Research i Homoeopathy. Patiets were erolled followig the predefied iclusio ad exclusio criteria, radomised i 2:2:1 ratio ad were followed for six moths. To evaluate the role iterve, iteraally validated scales were used. The aalysis these patiets as per protocol ad as per ite to treat was carried out usig repeated measures ANOVA ad paired t test. Results: Out 461 screeed cases,254 patiets were erolled i the study (HC=103, HC + O = 102 ad PL = 49), 152 were -
