Secrets of the Salt Cave * Free coupon at the end of this publication * WHAT DID THE ANCIENT GREEKS KNOW ABOUT SALT CAVES THAT YOU DON T? salt s positive effect on the airways. The tale then jumps to 1843, when a Polish doctor documented how salt mine workers didn t seem to suffer from the same respiratory problems as the general population. Salt Therapy generated in a controlled environment began in 1989 in Russia. Secrets of the Salt Cave - Page 2

Do you suffer from any of the conditions below: Chronic Cough Asthma COPD / Chronic Bronchitis / Emphysema Sinusitis Bronchectasis Psoriasis/Eczema Allergies and Hay Fever If so this special report will show you how the Salt Caves can help you seriously reduce your symptoms or completely recover from your suffering. Secrets of the Salt Cave - Page 3

HOW DOES IT WORK? Salt has the following properties: Antibacterial Anti-inflammatory Mucolytic effects: loosens excessive mucus and speeds up mucociliary transport Removes pathogen agents (airborne pollen) Reduces IgE level (immune system oversensitivity) While relaxing in one of our treatment rooms, customers inhale the dry, salt-enriched air deep down into the lungs, where the healing benefits do their greatest healing. The salt loosens the mucus, which begins to clear quickly, and inflammation is reduced, which makes more room in the airways for you to breathe. Symptoms subside, sometimes for up to 12 months. Secrets of the Salt Cave - Page 4

SALT THERAPY CAN SIGNIFICANTLY HELP TO: Reduce the need for inhalers and antibiotics Make your breathing easier after just a few sessions Improve lung function Reduce the number of hospital admissions Alleviate sneezing, coughing, and shortness of breath Clear mucus and sticky phlegm from the lungs Increase the resistance to respiratory tract diseases Strengthen your immune system Prolong remission times Improve general health and quality of life The treatment's efficacy is estimated at 75-98% depending on conditions Enhance sport performance for professionals Secrets of the Salt Cave - Page 5

WHY IS DRY AEROSOL SALT THERAPY MORE EFFECTIVE THAN OTHER FORMS OF THE THERAPY? Amongst dry aerosol technology there are also other types of salt therapy claiming to be just as effective. This is not true. There are two ways salt therapy is commonly sold: the first is by placing large amounts of salt or salt bricks in a room. The reason this treatment method is not effective is not enough salt can evaporate into the room with the right particle sizes for the different conditions being treated. You would have to spend hours in a room like this to feel any effect and the hundreds of other clients coming in and out would use up the salt air very quickly. The second method is wet salt therapy. Within this technique a saline solution is evaporated into the air and breathed in by clients. Although this is more effective than the first method the wet salt only reaches the upper airways and sticks to the nose and mouth, not reaching the throat or the deepest part of the lungs and sinuses. This reduces the salt s phlegm dissolving properties because it doesn t get to the places where the salt s effect would be most needed. This is why spending a few days on the beach is less effective than an hour in a dry aerosol salt room. Secrets of the Salt Cave - Page 6

With the dry salt aerosol technology at Salt Cave Wellness not only is the salt concentration of the air in the salt room ideal for all clients, but the particle sizes are also calculated to make the therapy as beneficial as possible to everyone whether they are suffering from a skin condition or a disease that affects the deepest part of the lungs. 8 ABOUT ASTHMA It is estimated that 1 in every 12 adults suffer from Asthma. Although the respiratory system is essentially in good working order, the bronchi (small tubes carrying air in and out of the lungs) become inflamed and more sensitive than usual. When you come into contact with something that irritates your lungs, your airways narrow, the muscles around them tighten and there is an increase in the production of sticky mucus (phlegm). SYMPTOMS OF ASTHMA Wheezing (high-pitched whistling sounds when breathing out) Cough, worse particulalry at night Difficulty in breathing Chest tightness HOW THE SALT CAVE CAN HELP For those suffering from asthma, Salt Therapy can not only bring much-needed relief, but also prevent the frequent recurrence of Secrets of the Salt Cave - Page 8

your symptoms. If left untreated, the chronic inflammation caused by asthma can lead to the lungs becoming irreversibly obstructed. Prescription drugs and inhalers may bring immediate relief, but Salt Therapy has a far more lasting effect as many, many visitors to The Salt Cave have testified. Prescription drugs such as inhalers are a short-term fix, leaving the underlying problem unchanged once an attack has passed. Salt Therapy is different because: Salt kills bacteria It widens the airways by reducing inflammation It is mucolytic, which means it helps to shift retained mucus and therefore reduce the chance of infection It redcuces IgE levels, which means the immune system won t over-react to asthma/allergy triggers Secrets of the Salt Cave - Page 9

HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU COME Depending on age sessions are recommended for long term results. The sessions should be frequent; about two or three a week is suggested. In most patients, after a course of Salt Therapy, airways become normal and symptoms disappear. The treatment's efficacy is estimated at 75-98%. Most clients do 1-2 Salt Therapy courses a year. In between they might come back for some top-up sessions. Why not contact us now to book your FREE Salt Therapy session! (see coupon at the end of this report) Secrets of the Salt Cave - Page 10

ABOUT BRONCHIECTASIS Bronchiectasis is an abnormal widening of one or more airways. Extra mucus is made in the abnormal airways collecting at the humps and this is prone to infection, with the main symptom being a cough which produces sputum and leads to constant tiredness. Treatment often includes regular physiotherapy and courses of antibiotics, which in some cases may be long term. Inhalers and even surgery are other options. The severity of symptoms varies widely. Some people have only a few while others are wide ranging and occur daily. Some people with bronchiectasis also have chronic sinusitis, which may cause an increase in mucus from the nose. Recurring chest infections are common as excessive mucus is a perfect place for bacteria to multiply. HOW SALT CAN HELP It kills bacteria, which is a major element of bronchiectasis It has mucolytic effects, meaning it helps to shift retained mucus and reduce the chance of infection Secrets of the Salt Cave - Page 11

It is anti-inflammatory It reduces IgE levels, meaning the immune system becomes less oversensitive HOW THE SALT CAVE CAN HELP If you are suffering from bronchiectasis, you should consider Salt Therapy. Not only will it bring much-needed relief, but it also prevents the frequency of symptoms occurring. Salt Therapy is a clinically proven natural, safe and beneficial method of treatment for every age group. By visiting one of our Salt Rooms and breathing in the saline aerosol generated by our machine it can significantly help to: Reduce the need for antibiotics Make your breathing easier after just a few sessions Improve lung function Reduce the number of hospital admissions Alleviate sneezing, coughing, and shortness of breath Clear mucus and sticky phlegm from the lungs Increase the resistance to respiratory tract diseases Strengthen your immune system Secrets of the Salt Cave - Page 12

HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU COME Depending on age and severity of your bronchiectasis, sessions are recommended for long term results. For irreversible conditions, two to three-month follow-up sessions are recommended to maintain the clear lung, ie clear the retained mucus from the humps. The sessions should be frequent; about two or three a week is suggested. In most patients, after a course of Salt Therapy, airways become normal and symptoms disappear. The treatment's efficacy is estimated at 75-98%. Most clients do 1-2 Salt Therapy courses a year. In-between they might come back for some top-up sessions, if they start to feel poorly, e.g. they are coming down with a cold. Why not contact us now to book your FREE Salt Therapy session! 14 ABOUT COPD The Salt Cave changed my life. Before my first visit I was on lots of antibiotics and steroids, basically confined to my house, and I hated to be around people as my breathing was so noisy. However, this has now changed thanks to Salt Therapy. The Salt Cave lets me live again and manage my illness in a way that means I can enjoy life again. When I walk out of The Salt Cave I feel high on life. I call it my heaven on earth. By 2030, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is predicted one of the top leading causes of death. Many people who develop the symptoms dismiss it as a smoker s cough and don t seek help. COPD is a general term which includes chronic bronchitis and emphysema, both of which can cause narrowing of the airways and commonly occur together. KEY FACTS Bronchitis is inflammation of the bronchi (the airways of the lungs). Emphysema is damage to the smaller airways and airsacs (alveoli) of the lungs. Secrets of the Salt Cave - Page 14

Pulmonary means affecting the lungs. SYMPTOMS OF COPD A cough is usually the first symptom to develop, coming and going before gradually becoming more persistent. People often think of their cough as a smokers cough in the early stages of the disease. It is when the breathlessness begins that people often become concerned. Breathlessness and wheeziness may occur only when you exert yourself at first, for example, when climbing stairs. These symptoms tend to become gradually worse over the years if you continue to smoke, and chest infections are more common. MAIN CAUSES Smoking. The primary risk factor for COPD is chronic tobacco smoking. In the United States, 80 to 90% of cases of COPD are due to smoking. Almost all lifelong smokers will develop COPD, provided that smoking-related, extrapulmonary diseases Secrets of the Salt Cave - Page 15

(cardiovascular, diabetes, cancer) do not claim their lives first. Occupational exposure. Intense and prolonged exposure to workplace dust found in coal mining, gold mining and the cotton textile industry and chemicals such as cadmium, isocyanates and fumes from welding have been implicated in the development of airflow obstruction, even in nonsmokers. Air pollution. Studies in many countries have found that people who live in large cities have a higher rate of COPD compared to people who live in rural areas. HOW SALT CAN HELP Salt is antibacterial, it kills bacteria It reduces inflammation of the airways Salt is mucolytic, which means it helps to shift retained mucus Secrets of the Salt Cave - Page 16

HOW THE SALT CAVE CAN HELP During the Salt Therapy process the overwhelming majority of patients notice a decrease in cough frequency and intensity, and that it s easier to cough up mucus, which becomes less sticky and changes in its nature. COPD sufferers find that not only does Salt Therapy bring immediate relief in the shorter, but also delays the frequency of reoccurrence. Salt Therapy is a clinically proven natural, safe and beneficial method of treatment for every age group. 19 ABOUT HAY FEVER AND ALLERGIES An estimated 12 million people in Britain that s about one in five of the population suffer from allergies, with hay fever being one of the most common. Also known as allergic rhinitis, hay fever brings misery to many people, with symptoms including sneezing, congestion, runny nose and sinus pressures. The substance that causes an allergic reaction in hay fever sufferers is called an allergen, with the most common airborne allergens being pollen, dust, mould spores, pet fur and fibres. SYMPTOMS OF HAY FEVER coughing wheezing red, swollen eyes sore throat frequent nosebleeds mouth ulcers heartburn Irritability and depression. Secrets of the Salt Cave - Page 19

HOW SALT CAN HELP It is anti-inflammatory. It removes pathogen agents (airborne pollen). It reduces IgE levels (which cause oversensitivity of the immune system). As soon as you walk in the cave you notice a difference. Any breathing discomfort is eliminated. It seems such a simple fact, but you can really breathe and it is such a relief. Tish W HOW THE SALT CAVE CAN HELP Hay fever and allergy sufferers should consider Salt Therapy, as not only will it bring immediate relief, but it also prevents the frequency with which your symptoms reoccur. Salt Therapy is a clinically proven natural, safe and beneficial method of treatment for every age group. 21 Strengthen your immune system. Prolong remission times. Improve general health and quality of life. HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU COME Depending on age and severity, sessions are recommended for long term results. With irreversible conditions you may need to come for more sessions. The sessions should be frequent; about two or three a week is suggested. You need a 20 sessions package a year during Hay Fever season, and a smaller package is recommended before the season starts as a preparation (5-10 session) In most patients, after a course of Salt Therapy, airways become normal and symptoms disappear. The treatment's efficacy is estimated at 75-98%. Most clients do 1-2 Salt Therapy courses a year. 22 ABOUT COUGHING Coughs are incredibly common. It s one of the most common reasons for people to come and see their GP. A cough is a reflex action to clear your airways of mucus and irritants, foreign particles and microbes. Coughs may be dry or chesty. Most coughs clear up within two weeks. DRY OR CHESTY COUGH Dry coughs are usually felt in the back of the throat as a tickle that sets off the coughing. It happens when the throat and upper airways become inflamed (swollen). It is closely related to tickly coughs and often, these terms are used interchangeably. Both dry coughs and tickly coughs are known as non-productive coughs (no phlegm), as distinct from chesty coughs where mucus is produced. A dry cough is most often the result of infection by cold and flu viruses because your brain thinks the inflammation in your throat and upper airways is a foreign object and tries to remove it by coughing. It can also be triggered by atmospheric pollutants (such as cigarette smoke) irritating your throat. Chesty coughs (mucus coughs) are triggered by an excessive amount of mucus in the chest. The cough is helpful, because it Secrets of the Salt Cave - Page 22

clears the mucus from your lung passages. When the common cold or flu viruses enter the respiratory system, more mucus is produced in an attempt to wash away the bugs and help fight off the infection. This increased mucus can gather in the respiratory system and a cough reflex is triggered to help remove the extra phlegm. WHAT CAUSES A COUGH? A cough is usually caused by a virus or bacterial infection. Most people with a cough have an upper respiratory tract infection caused by a virus or in more severe cases a chest infection or pneumonia. Possible non-infectious causes include: allergic rhinitis (hay fever) a flare-up of a long-term condition such as asthma or COPD smoking acid reflux Secrets of the Salt Cave - Page 23

HOW THE SALT CAVE CAN HELP We focus on the source of the problem rather than just suppressing the symptoms like medication usually does. To get a better understanding, how the salt can help with cough and different breathing problems, first of all we need to know what kind of properties, does the salt has. It kills bacteria (the salt dry out all the germs and bacteria the respiratory system) Anti- Inflammatory (Based on clinical studies, the dry, saline diffused air reduces inflammation in the whole respiratory tract) Mucolytic effects (loosens excessive mucus, speed the elimination of toxins) Remove pathogen agents (airborne pollen) Strengthen the immune system, restore the energy levels It reduces IgE levels (the immune system won t over-react to the level of antibodies) Salt Therapy helps treat all major processes acting in the bronchi: swelling, inflammation, excessive mucus and bacterial infection. As a result of Salt Therapy, inflammation and mast cell response within the bronchi reduces, so the quality and function of breathing improves. Secrets of the Salt Cave - Page 24

This leads to the balancing of other bodily systems, due to increased oxygen availability. Thanks to the desensitisation of the immune response, sleep patterns will improve and acute attacks and the need for medication will substantially decrease. This means that you will have more energy, become stronger and more resilient to every day infections. HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU COME sessions are recommended for long term results. The sessions should be frequent; about two or three a week is suggested. In most patients, after a course of Salt Therapy, airways become normal and symptoms disappear. 26 ABOUT SINUSITIS In most people, sinusitis develops after a cold or flu-like illness. When the lining of the sinuses is at all swollen, the swelling interferes with the normal flow of mucus. Trapped mucus can then fill the sinuses, causing an uncomfortable sensation of pressure and providing an excellent environment for the growth of infection-causing bacteria. Acute sinusitis means that the infection develops quickly (over a few days) and lasts a short time. Many cases of acute sinusitis last a week or so, but it is not unusual for it to last 2-3 weeks (that is, longer than most colds). SYMPTOMS OF SINUSITIS A blocked or runny nose. If your nose produces green or yellow mucus, you probably have a bacterial infection. Pain and tenderness in the face (near the infected sinuses). You may experience a throbbing pain that is worse when you move your head, and toothache or pain in your jaw when you eat. A high temperature. Secrets of the Salt Cave - Page 26

OTHER POSSIBLE SYMPTOMS INCLUDE: tiredness a sinus headache a cough bad breath (halitosis) pressure in your ears loss of taste and smell HOW SALT CAN HELP It kills bacteria It has mucolytic effects, meaning it helps to shift retained mucus and reduce the chance of infection It is anti-inflammatory It reduces IgE levels, meaning the immune system becomes less oversensitive HOW THE SALT CAVE CAN HELP Salt Therapy is a clinically proven, natural, safe and beneficial method of treatment for every age group. It was amazing, my sinuses literally cleared up over the course of about five sessions and after 15 sessions I am feeling great. My allergic reactions have decreased and I haven t taken antihistamines in two months. Tom C. HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU COME sessions are recommended or long term results. 30 ABOUT ECZEMA AND PSORIASIS An estimated 1 in 14 adults has the dry skin condition eczema while eczema and contact dermatitis account for 84-90% of occupational skin disease. It is a highly individual condition which varies from person to person and comes in many different forms, but is not contagious. In mild cases, the skin is dry, scaly, red and itchy. In more severe cases there may be weeping, crusting and bleeding. Constant scratching causes the skin to split and bleed and leaves it open to infection. Psoriasis is similar to eczema and affects around 2% of people. It can start at any age, but most often develops in adults under 35 years old. When a person has psoriasis, their skin replacement process speeds up, taking just a few days to replace skin cells that usually take days. This abundance of skin cells builds up to form raised plaques on the skin. HOW THE SALT CAVE CAN HELP The skin is a mirror to our internal body and in particular, our intestines. Skin irritations and eczema which appear around the neckline, on the face, especially around the mouth area, usually indicate disrupted intestinal flora. The body cannot eliminate toxins and excretes them through the skin. Secrets of the Salt Cave - Page 30

Salt Therapy is a clinically proven natural, safe and beneficial method of treatment for every age group. It: Kills bacteria. Is anti-inflammatory. Reduces IgE levels, meaning the immune system becomes less oversensitive. Internally, Salt Therapy helps to lower the IgE level, a measure of antibodies which is often high in people with allergies. Salt Therapy helps to lower this level, meaning the immune system does not over-react to try to deal with the problem. On the outside of the body, it reduces inflammation on the skin and improves circulation on the skin surface. HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU COME sessions are recommended for long term results. With irreversible conditions you may need to come for more sessions. The sessions should be frequent; about two to three a week is suggested. 33 ABOUT CYSTIC FIBROSIS It is estimated that one in every 2,500 babies born in the UK alone will be born with cystic fibrosis and there are over 9,000 people living with the condition there already, as an example. Difficulty breathing is the most serious symptom and results from frequent lung infections these can be treated, though not cured, by antibiotics and other medications. SYMPTOMS OF CYSTIC FIBROSIS Troublesome cough Repeated chest infections Sinus infections Poor growth Diarrhoea Infertility Breathlessness Secrets of the Salt Cave - Page 33

SUCCESS STORIES I couldn t even walk up stairs without getting breathless. I have now had approximately 20 sessions (Between June and November 2010) and I can feel and see the difference in myself. I am now able to run up the stairs at Earlsfield station and am much better in the gymnasium as regards to cycling, running and weights. I feel that my breathing has improved overall. - Barry S. I have slight asthma and allergic to feather pillows. I only had one treatment but overnight my air passages were absolutely clear despite the feather pillows! And the next day I felt more energised. - Sue D. I have Asthma, Hay fever and allergy to pollen. After the 5th session I felt something in my neck, it felt unusual. But it was a good thing. Through all of my other sessions they helped me with a lot of my problems. It s very relaxing, calm and I really like the lights on the ceiling. I hope you have a happy future! - Diamanta K. "I wanted to have an experience but I also suffer from allergic asthma particularly when I am in close contact with cats and horses. I can not sleep in a house where there is a cat. I have some asthma with dogs but not so bad. I found the whole experience calming and invigorating at the same time. A sort of Secrets of the Salt Cave - Page 36

meditation. I feel less congested and unblocked. I felt light airy and happy when I left the cave. When I arrived I felt sluggish and tired." - Marion L. I was diagnosed earlier this year with bronchiectasis and given three types of medication. They said I would probably need two of these indefinitely. Having nothing to lose I attended a free session at The Salt Cave and felt some benefit even after that first session. It is now four months later and I have cut down on medication, stopping two completely. I can monitor my progress by the fact that at Earlsfield station there are 48 steps. The first day it was a struggle to make six stairs, let alone to the top. Now I am jogging (to a fashion) up all 48! Jackie F. Last winter I suffered five hospitalisations due to chest infections, the final one culminating in hospital-acquired pneumonia, for which I was on a ventilator for six days. I left the hospital after 19 days, severely weakened, with an oxygen concentrator machine. Being told by NHS respiratory nurses that there is no cure, you should try to make the best of the time you have left wasn t exactly what I wanted to hear whilst trying to recover. I googled alternative therapies for COPD and up jumped The Salt Cave. I read about it, mulled it over, spoke to friends and thought what the heck, I can t be any worse off. After my first session at Earlsfield I felt my breathing was a bit clearer. So I came back the next week and tried again. I m Secrets of the Salt Cave - Page 37

delighted to report that since the third or fourth session I am now not using the nebuliser at all and have stopped completely taking the carbosistien tablets. I would recommend The Salt Cave highly to other COPD sufferers. I used to cough until I vomited, trying to clear phlegm for my windpipe and lungs. Now a gentle cough without even trying brings it up. The Salt Cave will literally change your life. I m walking around almost normally, so if you have COPD please, please contact them and travel, no matter how far. The difference in my life is immeasurable I cannot thank them enough. Many dark days in my life are behind me thanks to this treatment! Alan S. I suffer from COPD and get recurrent chest infections which can be very debilitating. Since regular sets of sessions (6 x every other day) each month or so I have found such infections have all but stopped and my breathing has eased. The staff at The Salt Caves are great, too! Anthony O. "I suffer emphysema, and my daughter treated me to a session at The Salt Caves. I went into a room covered in salt, walls were salt, floor was salt, I sat on a deck chair, the lights were dimmed, and I chilled listening to relaxing music for an hour.it was the most relaxing hour I have ever had. Once I came out, I didnt feel Secrets of the Salt Cave - Page 38

much different, just relaxed, but as time went on and the days went by, I felt my breathing was a lot better.i would definetly reccomend the salt caves for anyone suffering from breathing difficulties." Michele B. I developed bad hay fever in my 30s, but I have found regular trips to The Salt Cave keep it under control. I can manage my condition much better now, even the really bad days. I still come to The Salt Cave out of hay fever season just to give my immune system a boost and it seems to help in winter. I haven t had a cold in the winter months since I started my visits. Mel F. As a yoga teacher it is really important for me to find complementary therapies that help release toxins and improve breathing. The Salt Cave is a beautiful relaxing environment to do just that. Some days I can stream with hayfever and it can ruin my day. The Salt Cave is a natural alternative to taking medication and instantly effective. I would recommend it to everyone. Tish W. I first approached The Salt Cave last year for five sessions to get treatment for my sinusitis. I returned this year for 10 sessions because I started suffering from violent hay fever symptoms, intense sneezing and a very persistent cough. I have always had Secrets of the Salt Cave - Page 39

issues with allergies but this year it has been the worst I can remember. From the moment you go into The Salt Cave you feel the difference in the air and your nose just opens up. After each session I would feel a bit worse during the night as in my cough and my sneezing would be more productive but this was obviously a good sign! It took about 6-7 sessions for me to notice a difference and my symptoms are improving steadily even after I have finished my treatment. Anastasia P. " My persistent cough cleared up, and the sessions were really pleasant end relaxing! I would recommend it to anyone!" Sarah K. " I've stopped using nebulizer & no longer take the 6 a day mucodyne pills to break up phlegm, now a gentle cough brings it up without trying where before I would cough till I was almost sick and still not shift anything! I have a whole new energy and the breathlessness which would stop me after yards has now almost gone completely! Thank you!" Alan S. " I have really suffered from bad cough and found it cleared so well after Salt Therapy and the effects lasted a long time!" Clare D. Secrets of the Salt Cave - Page 40

" My breathing has improved a lot since coming to The Salt Cave. I feel fitter, and have better sleep." Linda S. I had sinusitis for over two years. I tried nearly everything: antibiotics, steroid nasal spray, inhalation, decongestion tablets... The doctor told me that the only solution to get better is an operation. I was very disappointed. I heard about The Salt Cave from a friend of mine and thought I have nothing to lose as it is all natural... I had my trial session and I really enjoyed the experience. After having two or three sessions I felt much better already, but then I started to feel congested/blocked again. I was reassured that it is normal and it is important to keep coming regularly until I finish my 15 sessions. After a few more sessions I started to feel better again. The headache disappeared and I could smell food again. Edward K. The first day I came I could hardly breathe through my nose and I was constantly swallowing the mucous. After the first session I felt less congested, could breathe better during the night. I came regularly for the sessions and after several treatments the pressure became less on my sinuses also my headache has gone. Carmen H. Secrets of the Salt Cave - Page 41

"Kiaan has suffered with eczema since he was a baby and the medication prescribed by our GP just didn't seem to work. After just three sessions in The Salt Cave we noticed the difference in Kiaan's eczema and after just seven sessions the condition had completely cleared up. Both Kiaan and myself are extremely grateful to the staff at The Salt Cave and would highly recommend this as an alternative treatment for anyone with eczema conditions. Adenike M. My lung function has greatly improved and I no longer have shortness of breath doing everyday activities. It has reduced my hospital admissions and I am generally feeling a lot healthier. People have commented on how well I look. I have also stopped taking my hay fever tablets as I no longer need them. Brilliant! Thank you!
