11 Cancer care in Luxembourg Model of Breast Cancer Care Breast Unit : «Groupe Sein» First multidisciplinary Breast Unit created in May 2003 Meeting all EUSOMA guidelines: screening, diagnosis, surgery treatment, genetic counseling tight medical network allowing very short delays (few days) between diagnosis and treatment. Performance paremeters : no conservative surgery without adjuvant radiotherapy > 75 % preoperative diagnosis > 70 % breast conservative surgery for T1 tumors
