3 Aminoglycosides Streptomycin, kanamycin, neomycin, amikacin, gentamicin, tobramycin, sisomycin, netilmicin Enter into inner ear by unknown mechanism Secreted into the perilymph by spiral ligament or endolymph by stria vascularis Diffuse through round window membrane Eliminated by kidney
