3 Requirements for Impressions Whole You Nexteeth Starter Kit Jaw Gauge x 1 Single Arch Attachment x 8 (2 of each size/orientation) Impression Process x 2 XL x 2 x 2 S, M L, XL x 2 L x 2 M DENTCA Trays x 8 (2 of each size) - Upper and Lower x 2 S Lip Ruler x 1 EZ-Tracer x 8 DENTCA Trays are intended for one-time use only. Inspect DENTCA Trays and Starter Kit items for defects prior to use. If any defects are present, do not use and contact Whole You. Supplies Required by Doctor Impression Gun Light Body PVS (Fast Setting Recommended) Heavy Body PVS (Fast Setting Recommended) Bite Registration Material Permanent Marker or Pen Stone (For Single Arch Denture Only) Surgical Blade Bur Mixing Tips - 1 -

Compare tray sizes against the patient s existing dentures or directly in the patient s mouth

5 . Maxillary Impression C Take the impression. Refer to the standard impression protocols found in the Whole You DENTCA Tray Impression Manual for more details. A Only Locator type attachments will be serviced. Remove the healing abutments from the implants using the corresponding hex hand driver. Ordering / Shipping Try-in Delivery B Select the locator abutment accordingly to the appropriate gingival height, considering the prosthesis and oral environment of the patient. 1. Place your order online at 2. Sterilize all impression and bite items and anything to be submitted to Whole You before packaging. 3. Package, label and ship the impression parts (including detached posteriors) and the printed denture order form to Whole You. Don't forget posteriors!

6 . Try-in Delivery A Evaluate the try-in by following the instructions in the Try in evaluation and adjustment instructions that should be included with your case. Try-in Delivery CP IOD Try-In Delivery Note: Whole You will provide space for the attachment cap according to the hole on the impression. However if more space should be needed, proceed to enlarge the implant holes with a slow speed hand piece/acrylic bur. Final Delivery Ordering / Shipping 1. Place your adjustments (If necessary)/final Processing request online at 2. Sterilize all Try-Ins and anything to be submitted to Whole You before packaging. 3. Package and ship the Try-in s to Whole You. Note: Try-Ins must always be returned to Whole You even if no adjustments are necessary

7 . Final Delivery A Place the block out spacer and processing denture caps over the attachments. Note: Whole You will design the mucosal shape according to the shape of the impression, and will provide space for the attachment cap in the final denture. CP IOD Final Delivery Final Delivery Chairside pickup Instructions B If space is insufficient for proper denture seating, enlarge the denture holes with a slow speed hand piece/acrylic bur; and then proceed to look for sore spots like a conventional denture delivery

8 C Fill the denture holes with self-curing acrylic and seat the denture in the mouth. Note: Acrylic curing times vary by manufacturer, please refer to manufacturer s instructions for more information. D After the material has fully polymerized, separate the denture from the patient s implants. Remove any excess material around retainers and polish as needed
