Applying porcelain to the facial aspect of the zirconia, enhances the beauty of the crown to better color match the shade. A final quality check is then performed on the crown where it is glazed. 35 Custom Tissue Former The Process We import a codiagnostix plan into a Computer Aided Design (CAD) program that allows us to create a Custom Tissue Former (CTF) based on the integrated bone, tissue and planned restoration. Once complete, the file is sent to the milling machine, where it is milled out of titanium. A final quality check is performed on the CTF and packaged for delivery.
