Since VITABLOCS Mark II are suitable for inlays, onlays, veneers, posterior and anterior crowns, they cover a wide range of indications and ensure economic processing. VITABLOCS TriLuxe multi-layer fine-structure feldspar ceramic The proven VITABLOCS fine-structure feldspar ceramic is now also available as TriLuxe block type with three layers of different shade intensity. This multi-layer block enables computer-assisted reproduction of natural shade transitions. Ultimate esthetics: The characteristic tooth structure consisting of neck, dentine and enamel is already integrated in VITABLOCS TriLuxe. As a result, highly esthetic restorations can be fabricated in a fast and reliable way. Efficiency: With natural shade nuances from the neck to the incisal area, VITABLOCS TriLuxe guarantees an esthetic result with the click of a mouse. Individualization (layering technique) and characterization (staining technique) are no longer required. VITABLOCS RealLife for natural CAD/CAM anterior esthetics in three dimensions The innovative VITABLOCS RealLife were especially developed for highly esthetic anterior restorations. The three-dimensional block structure with dentine core and enamel coat imitates the curved shade transitions between dentine and incisal edge in accordance with the natural tooth structure. The material of the VITABLOCS RealLife is the VITABLOCS fine-structure feldspar ceramic which has proven its clinical reliability many times over. Truly natural anterior esthetics: Simple reproduction of very fine, natural shade nuances with the three-dimensional block structure reproducing the natural tooth structure. Simple fabrication: Thanks to the intuitive software and the innovative block concept, natural anterior esthetics can be easily achieved with just a few mouse clicks. VITABLOCS for Rapid Layer Technology for CAD/CAM veneering of bridge substructures VITABLOCS Mark II and the multi-layer block VITABLOCS TriLuxe forte are also available in a large size as I-/TF-40/19 geometry (15.5 x 19 x 39 mm). This block geometry was especially developed for CAD/CAM veneering (= VITA Rapid Layer Technology) of multi-unit bridge substructures. With VITA Rapid Layer Technology, both the substructure (= oxide ceramic) and veneer structure (= feldspar ceramic) can be fabricated as part of a digital manufacturing process. The substructure and the veneer are bonded to one another using an adhesive composite. Tremendous saving of time: Compared to the classic layering technique and alternative technologies, this innovative procedure helps to minimize the processing time. Simple bonding: Primary and secondary structures are simply and safely bonded to one another using an adhesive composite. A complex and timeconsuming sintering process for ceramic soldering is no longer required. High reliability: The digital veneering technique guarantees high process reliability and clinical safety since the substructure and the veneer are perfectly matched.
