1 R-PLEX s and Assay/Antibody Combinations The tables below provide the dilution factors and primary diluent combinations for samples tested with R-PLEX s. These dilution factors and diluent combinations are recommended as starting points when developing your assay; however, other sample dilutions and diluents should be considered based on the sample environment. Please refer to the R-PLEX datasheet for additional information on your analyte(s) of interest. For further guidance, please contact our Scientific Support team at scientificsupport@mesoscale.com. Notes: (1) Additional assay diluent is necessary for samples that are diluted greater than 10-fold. 100 may be used in place of assay diluent for samples that require high dilution. Testing of different diluents can help optimize assays for specific experimental conditions. (2) Some assay and antibody diluents require additives, as noted in the tables. For more information, refer to the product-specific datasheet available at (3) For cell lysate samples, the fold dilution or total protein amount (µg/well) is dependent on the cell type and model system used.
