Shipping: Products are shipped domestically via Fed Ex and are F.O.B. Horizon s shipping location in the continental United States. Express service is available at the request of the customer. International shipments are shipped air freight to maintain traceability. Payment Terms: All orders will be billed at current prices at the time of the shipment. Terms are net 30 days for domestic accounts. Outside the US, terms are prepayment by wired funds or letter of credit on sight. MasterCard and Visa also accepted. 7 ORDERING INFORMATION Sales Policy and Price List Wiring Instructions: Payments can be wired for the convenience of the customer. Please call or write for current wiring instructions. A service charge of 1.5 percent per month will be charged to overdue accounts. All prices are in US dollars, and are subject to sales tax, if any. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Returned Goods Policy/Restocking Fee: All Product Return requests must be approved by the HMP Sales Representative. Upon approval, an HMP Customer Service representative will issue a Return Authorization Number, or RGA number, for the returned product. This RGA number must appear visibly on the outside of all shipping containers. Any returns without a valid RGA number on the outside container(s) will not be accepted. All returned product(s) must be in the original packaging with no damage or defacement. Any product, which has been damaged or defaced, will not be accepted for credit. All approved returns are subject to a 20% restock fee.
