4 Dr. Sesh K Sunkara MBBS, MD, MRCOG Dr. Filippo Maria Ubaldi Consultant Gynaecologist and Subspecialist in Reproductive Medicine and Surgery. She specialised in the field of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and is a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG), UK. She undertook translational research in Reproductive Medicine at the Assisted Conception Unit, Guy s and St Thomas NHS Foundation Trust and King s College London which formed the basis for her Research degree in Reproductive Medicine; Doctor of Medicine (MD) awarded by King s College London. She has dual accreditation with the UK General Medical Council as a specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology as well as Reproductive Medicine. She worked as a Consultant gynaecologist and Subspecialist in Reproductive Medicine at the Aberdeen Fertility Centre, University of Aberdeen before moving to Queens Hospital, Barking Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals, Essex UK to set up a new IVF service. She runs the IVF Unit between Queens and Guy s Hospitals NHS Trust. Filippo Maria Ubaldi is Medical Doctor, Clinical Director at the GENERA Centres for Reproductive Medicine in Rome, Marostica, Umbertide and Naples, Italy. With academic degrees in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Masters in Andrology and Reproductive Medicine, he is also intensely dedicated to educational, editorial and practitioner activities. Co-author of 8 books on Reproductive Medicine and Co-author of 8 books on the topic of Reproductive Medicine and of 118 peer reviewed journals; author H-index is 38. Editor of the treaty on Reproductive Medicine Medicina della Riproduzione Umana published in Italy in Invited as speaker at over 300 National and International congresses on the topic of Reproductive Medicine and has been Scientific Coordinator of more than 30 congresses and courses. Member of the ESHRE Executive Committee during , he has been Chairman of the 26th ESHRE Annual Meeting held in Rome in June In 2014 received the Italian National Scientific License as full Professor in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. During has been member of the technical advisory board established by the Ministry of Health on heterologous fertilization. In addition to her clinical work, she has published original research in the field of Reproductive Medicine and authored several book chapters. She has organised and participated in several national and international symposia and workshops in the field of Reproductive Medicine. She is the Associate Editor for Human Reproduction Journal by the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE). She is part of the ESHRE Guideline Development Group (GDG) for Ovarian Stimulation in IVF. She is on the Editorial Board for Reproductive Biology and Endocrinology Journal. She is on the executive board for the RCOG Reproductive Medicine Clinical Studies Group which is actively involved in supporting multi-centre research studies in the UK.

5 Dr. Matheus Roque Origen Center for Reproductive Medicine, Brazil Matheus Roque is the Scientific Director at Origen Center for Reproductive Medicine, Brazil. Dr. Roque obtained his degree in Medicine in 2003 at the Marilia Medical School, Marília, Brazil and he is currently working towards his PhD in Women s Health at the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, Belo Horizonte, Brazil. He obtained his Masters in Reproductive Medicine in 2012 at the Universitat Autónoma de Barcelona, Barcelona, Spain, and completed a Fellowship in Human Reproduction during at the Universidade Federal de São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil. Dr. Roque is the author of many scientific articles and book chapters, and is also a reviewer for many indexed medical journals. He has also participated in many international and national congresses in reproductive medicine and urology, as well as presenting many abstracts at such meetings. Dr. Roque has participated in the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) Annual Meeting during 2015 as an Invited Speaker with the lecture, Towards a freezeall policy. Dr. Roque has been recently recognised by Fertility and Sterility in recognition of his contribution to the quality of the journal. During 2014 and 2015, one of his papers featured in the top 5 most highly cited papers published in Fertility and Sterility. He has been recently awarded with GFI Grant for Fertility Innovation, with the project entitled Pharmacogenetic algorithm for individualized Controlled Ovarian Stimulation (icos). He is currently a member of ESHRE, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the Brazilian Society for Assisted Reproduction, and the Brazilian Society of Urology. Dr. Eugenia Rocafort Eugenia Rocafort has a degree in Health Biology from the University of Barcelona. She performed her Master s degree in Biomedicine at the same university, completing her thesis in Vitro maturation of human oocytes at the Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm with an Eurolife Fellowship. She specialised in reproduction at the Dexeus Institute in Barcelona while doing a Master s in Embryology and Human Reproduction Techniques. She has been working as a clinical embryologist since then, recently being part of Quiron Barcelona IVF Unit. Eugenia is a member of various scientific societies and collaborated with the University of Alicante doing courses and teaching at the Fertility Master s Degree. Her primary area of research is embryology, specifically focused on time-lapse and genetic research.
