2 Welcome Address Honourable guests, distinguished colleagues, dear friends, Welcome to the PNL Workhop organized by the Department of Urology of the Victor Babes University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Timisoara under the auspices of the Urolithiasis Section (EULIS) of the European Association of Urology. Having a tradition in endourology, our team has been involved constantly in postgraduate educational activities aimed to facilitate the spread of the latest endourological knowledge, to stimulate the collaboration among urologists and to stimulate further advances in this tremendously fast developing field of urology. As those of you who already attended this type of activities know, we have always tried to organize them at the highest standards. We aim to do the same at this workshop, with the support of our local, national and international faculty, whom I would like to express my gratitude for being involved in creating an excellent workshop program. We will do our best to fulfill your expectations, promising a useful workshop, which will help you in your endourological procedures. Welcome to Timisoara and have an fruitful and enjoyable workshop!
