Footnotes: [1] EL types: A = acute, 8 = 8-hour, C = chronic. Exposure averaging time for acute ELs is 1 hour. For 8-hour ELs, the exposure averaging time is 8 hours, which may be repeated. Chronic ELs are designed to address continuous exposures for up to a lifetime: the exposure metric used is the annual average exposure.
