ZK-7 XL - 2XL 3XL - 4XL The ZK-7 is the strongest knee support for moderate to severe sprains of the ACL, PCL, MCL and LCL. Exo- QUAD provides 4-way ligament support with resin stays to support medial and lateral stability as well as criss-crossed and parallel straps for effective anterior and posterior stability to the ACL/PCL. The ZK-7 s i-fit technology provides a semi-open design to deliver an individualized fit to help prevent slipping. Flyweight design provides lightweight material fabrication, while V- flow through ventilation enhances cooling while in motion. Exo-TECH (QUAD)) Flyweight i-fit Kneecap ROM- V- 1 ZK-3 XL - 2XL 3XL - 4XL The ZK-3 provides moderate support for mild to moderate LCL and MCL sprains. The Exo- DUAL 2-way support has two unique resin stays to provide support to the MCL and LCL ligaments during activity. The i-fit technology allows for an individualized fit with a semi-open panel design; equipped with adjustable fasteners to enhance comfort and allow variable compression levels. Flyweight design provides lightweight material fabrication, while V- flow through ventilation enhances cooling while in motion. Exo-TECH (DUAL) Flyweight i-fit Kneecap ROM- V- 2 4

MK-3 XL - 2XL The MK-3 is a moderate support knee brace that offers medial (MCL) and lateral (LCL) stabilization along with kneecap re-centering. The i-fit technology provides an open panel design with adjustable fasteners to deliver an individualized fit, enhanced comfort and variable compression levels. Patella aligns and stabilizes the patellar tendon for proper tracking. Flyweight design provides lightweight material fabrication while V- flow through ventilation enhances cooling when the athlete is in motion. Exo-TECH (DUAL) Flyweight i-fit Patella ROM- V- 3 JK-2 The JK-2 provides the most advanced patellar support for Patellar Tendinitis, Osgood-Schlatters Disease and Chondromalacia. JK-2 incorporates Flyweight fabrication with i-fit technology, a semi-open design with an upper and lower strap for individualized adjustment and compression. The V- material ventilates and quickly removes perspiration during exercise. S - M L - XL - 2XL Flyweight Grip- i-fit Kneecap P- ROM- V- 4 5

JK-Band The JK-Band is ideal for individuals with patellar tendinitis. The band provides knee support with patellar tendon compression through its P- padding design. The i-fit technology provides an open design with two Velcro attachments which allow for proper adjustment without compromising fit. Additionally, the Grip- band provides anti-migration to prevent slipping during activity. XS - S - M L - XL Grip- i-fit ROM- P- 5 A2-DX XL The A2-DX provides the strongest ankle support for moderate to severe ankle sprains. The ankle brace is made with i-fit fabrication and a-fit technology for an anatomically (right & left) correct fit. The Exo-Grid (Xternal) is a dual exterior molded support structure with Grip- (anti-migration), that prevents the ankle from rolling inward (Inversion) and outward (Eversion). The Exo-Grid (Xternal), along with the anchor strap, assists in preventing high ankle sprains by reducing the separation of the two lower leg bones where the ankle meets. The X-Strap s with Grip- located underneath prevents the foot from shifting forward. a-fit Exo-Grid (Xternal) Grip- i-fit ROM- X-Strap 6 6

A-1 XL The A1 provides moderate support for mild to moderate ankle sprains, it incorporates a-fit technology for an anatomically (right & left) correct fit. The Exo-Grid (Internal) has dual internal stabilizers, which provide lateral and medial ankle stability. L-Strap and Y-Strap s with Grip- (anti-migration) located on the outside prevents the ankle from rolling inwards (Inversion) by adjusting the tension of the straps. a-fit Exo-Grid (Internal) Grip- i-fit L-Strap Y-Strap 7 ZW-5 The ZW-5 provides moderate support for dynamic stabilization of the lower back. Exo-Grid (Internal) has two internal panels to enhance lumbar stability, and Grip- material ensures the ZW-5 stays in place. The i-fit technology provides individualized adjustable compression levels with inner and outer straps for lumbar support. The V- fabrication provides proper cooling and ventilation while active. One Size i-fit 9 IW-2 The IW-2 is an effective and efficient way to recover from shoulder or lower back injury. The i-fit design provides adjustable compression of the ice bag to the affected body part. Finger loop allows for easy application to the shoulder; inside pockets secure ice bags in place. Delivered with 2 large reusable medical grade ice bags. One Size i-fit 10 8

LC-1 The LC-1 Calf Sleeve with G-Fit technology delivers vertical gradient compression from the ankle through the calf muscle. The LC-1 improves circulation to encourage blood and oxygen flow to the muscles. Sleeve aids with flushing out bi-products (lactic acid), reducing muscle vibration and fatigue, which improves muscle endurance and recovery. S - M L - L Long XL - XL Long 2 Per Pack G-Fit V- 11 Shoulder Wrap XL The Shoulder Wrap provides light, dynamic stabilization and broad compression support for the rotator cuff muscles. The i-fit technology offers adjustable fasteners over the arm to customize the fit. The Flyweight fabrication provides lightweight material for greater comfort and conforms to the shoulder on either side. V- material ventilates and quickly removes perspiration during exercise while ROM- allows for full Range of Motion, ensuring maximum performance. Flyweight i-fit ROM- V- 12 9

Thumb Guard The Thumb Guard stabilizes the thumb joint by providing protection and support during activity. The Thumb Guard is equipped with i-fit technology and Exo-Grid (Custom), which is a moldable custom fit. The thermoplastic insert can be shaped by placing it in warm to hot water. It can be remolded times and switched from one thumb to the other. Exo-Grid (Custom) D i-fit 13 10

PRECISION ENGINEERED SUPPORT A2-DX INJURY: Ankle Sprains (verb): The stretching or partial tear of ligaments (which connect two bones) or tendons (which connect muscle to bone). An ankle sprain happens when the ligaments that support the ankle get overly stretched or torn, due to external or internal factors. ANKLE INJURIES BY SPORT: - Basketball 26.6% - Volleyball 23.7% - Soccer 16.9% - Lacrosse 15.8% - Football 13.5% SIGNS & SYMPTOMS: There are three grades of ankle sprains based on how much damage is done to the ligaments: Mild Mild pain & disability. Slight point tenderness & swelling. Moderate Tearing, pop or snap sensation. Moderate pain & disability, swelling & discoloration. Severe Severe pain, swelling & discoloration, unable to bear weight & move ankle. SOLUTION: A2-DX Ankle Support Ankle: High ankle sprains (Syndesmosis) account for 11% - 17% of all ankle sprains in athletics Lateral: Lateral The ATF and CF are the most common ligaments sprained. 90% of ankle sprains occur when the ankle rolls inward (Inversion) Medial: Medial The Deltoid Ligament is the least common sprain accounting for 10% of all ankle sprains when the ankle rolls outwards (Eversion) 11
