Concussive symptoms/complaints: Dec attention, focus Impaired STM Sleeping deficits Startle Response! Physical Balance Symptoms: deficits: SLS <3 sec Low affect Extreme Cervical ROM: fatigue; LF no 13 ADLs (L), 30 (R), Rot: 48 (L), 55 (R) Cervical pain: 6/10 VAS Jaw pain: 0/10 wired shut Full body pain: subscap, HS, Quads, wrist
