4 FFF system objectives Objective 1: There is widespread public awareness that the risks of falling and fracture increases amongst older people, and of the steps that can be taken to reduce these risks Objective 2: Healthy active ageing for all Objective 3: We live in a safe and health enhancing home environment Objective 4: Effective systems and processes are in place to identify and assess falls and fracture risk Objective 5: Fear of falling is identified and treated.
