The statistical population included all managers of high schools in 2 th Urmia Educational District to 44 people. To determine the sample size based on Morgan table and using stratified random sampling method and with regard to gender, 40 patients were selected for the study. Research on people's decision-making style and the factors affecting it, the internal properties and individual differences people have a lot of attention and accordingly five styles of decision-making rational, intuitive, dependent, spontaneous and avoidant have offered (Parker et al., 2007). Factors such as government policies, community expectations, expectations of supervisors, and subordinates, parents and students, the environment, centralization and decentralization structure of education and personality characteristics executives are involved in their performance. The characteristics and personality types has an important role because the kind of behavior and the behavior of each individual, he is more a function of personality types (Shamkhani, 2011). Psychologically each product type specific interaction between multiple personal and cultural forces like peers, hereditary and genetic factors, parental social class, culture and physical environment. In other words, type, specific reserves of attitudes and skills in order to overcome difficulties and duties environment. Because different types of interests, qualifications and temperament states are different, they tend to surround themselves with people and special topics and issues that are in search of interests, qualifications and their thinking is congruent to the world (Ghanji, 2011). For this purpose it is necessary to determine personality types that the personality characteristics of managers in their decision-making style is what? Bakhshi G. (201) study entitled "Effects of Gender on the personality and style of decisionmaking school principals and teaching activities" has done. The results show that the combination of introspection, sensuality, thinking and judgment as well as combination of extraversion, sensuality, thinking, judgment and personality types most common among school principals in Iran. The results also show that male and female managers with different personality types have the same decision-making style and teaching activities have an impact on gender and personality.
