I understand the role of different imaging modalities in MSK and Principles of bone and joint lesion characterization. I have developed awareness and understanding of tumor staging; determine optimal imaging examination. I am proficient in DiagnosticMSK ultrasound of various joints. The McGill University health centre being Tertiary sarcoma and trauma referral centres, I have been managing tumour Boards independently with excellent support from my Staff radiologists. 3

4 I had a great exposures to sport injuries and we received many cases from the sport clinics. I am well versed in Trauma CT interpretations and developed excellent experience in Advanced / Complex CT(Especially Post operative CT with Metal Hardware) / MR interpretationsand diagnoses. I achievedcompetence in complex MRI / CT interpretations. I am Proficient inmsk interventions like Arthrography, Joint injections / Aspirations / Drainages, Soft tissue Biopsies. I have independently done at least 500 US guided joint injections, 200 Arthrograms, 320Fluoroscopy guided injections. I successfully did 20 epidural caudal injections, 36 facet joint injections and 1 SIJ and knee joint ablations. I have good experience in US guided calcific lavages, Tendon fenestrations and perineural injections. I got a great exposure in CT guided Bone biopsies (I have done at least 34 bone biopsies under supervision of my staff since the start of the fellowship while assisting 4 CT guided RFAs of osteoid osteoma and one cryotherapy). I have independently done 26 bone biopsies and 3 CT guided RFAs of osteoid osteoma. ABDOMINAL: Learnt applied anatomy relevant to abdomen and pelvis disease and radiological diagnosis. I understand the role of different imaging modalities in liver and pancreatic lesions and Principles of bowel and pelvic organs and prostate lesions characterization. I have developed awareness and understanding of tumor staging; determine optimal imaging examination. I am proficient in Diagnostic and Interventional ultrasound transabdominal, transvaginal procedures.
