6 Policy must be approved, enacted, and vetted by a Tobacco Control Regional Primary Contractor (aka HPC). Vaping and E-cigs language is not required, but encouraged. 6

Work For You? POLICY STATEMENT The City/Township/Borough/Municipality of is committed to providing a high quality of living for all residents. Philadelphia City/Township/Borough/Municipality/Organization staff will meet with organizations and/or Wednesday, leaders or coaches to June discuss the 15 and 2pm-3pm to distribute flyers with the tobaccofree regulations. City/Township/Borough/Municipality staff will make periodic observations of activity sites to monitor compliance and help to promote awareness of the tobacco-free policy. 12

(a) Any product containing, made, or derived from tobacco or nicotine that is intended for human consumption, whether smoked, heated, chewed, absorbed, dissolved, inhaled, snorted, sniffed, or ingested by any other means, including, but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, little cigars, chewing tobacco, pipe tobacco, snuff; and (b) Any Sean electronic McCormick, device that delivers PhD, nicotine MS, or other CTTS-M substances to the person inhaling from the device, including, but not limited to an electronic cigarette, cigar, pipe, or hookah. (c) Notwithstanding Spectrum any Health provision of Center, subsections (a) Philadelphia and (b) to the contrary, tobacco product includes any component, part, or accessory of a tobacco product, whether or not sold separately. Wednesday, Tobacco product June does 15 include 2pm-3pm any product that has been approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration for sale as a tobacco cessation product or for other therapeutic purposes where such product is marketed and sold for such an approved purpose. This list of products is subject to adjustment to conform to terms used 13 in specific state or local laws.
