2 WE CARE! Alcohol plays an ever increasing role in our society. Millions of adults consume alcohol every day it is essential that they should do so responsibly and in a way that shows they are aware of the possible risks associated with drinking. In issuing the partyguerilla Responsible Drinking Guidelines, we would like to accept our responsibility for encouraging consumers to enjoy alcohol in a responsible manner and to show how important the topics of responsible drinking and the protection of young people are to us. As a young company, the protection of under-aged young people is particularly important to us. We therefore take very great care to ensure that our communication and promotion materials exclusively promote moderate and sensible consumption of alcohol by people who are above the age of 18. The partyguerilla Responsible Drinking Guidelines were drawn up by us for the benefit of all of our employees, service providers and partners in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. They are effective from January 1st 2015 and form an important component of our daily work. These Guidelines are regularly updated and adapted to the current legal provisions in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. 2

3 WE ARE RESPONSIBLE! Protecting young people is important to us! We therefore ensure that in all our commercial communications, both on the internet and in printed publications, the language and images used are both reasonable and appropriate. Particularly on our website, as well as on our Facebook pages, comments, photos and other content made available by users online are regularly checked. At our parties, we exclusively represent responsible and sensible alcohol consumption. It is very important for us that in our communications, whether at parties or promotional events, we never give the impression that excessive and uncontrolled alcohol consumption is acceptable or even cool. Our trained student brand managers make sure that no alcohol is given to individuals who are already clearly inebriated. They are also responsible for ensuring that these parties do not involve either promotional flat rate prices or any form of competitions associated with excess alcohol consumption. We also make sure that no connection is made between alcoholic drinks and violent, aggressive, illegal or dangerous behaviour. 3

Adherence to our Guidelines: The foundations for adherence to the partyguerilla Responsible Drinking Guidelines are provided by the regular training of all our employees, service providers and partners. Each training participant signs an undertaking to say that he or she will consistently seek to implement these Guidelines. The directors of partyguerilla GmbH are responsible for ensuring compliance with these Guidelines. In summary, we can say that......we act strictly in accordance with all relevant legal provisions....we proactively promote moderate consumption of alcoholic beverages....we seek written assurance that every guest at our sponsored events is of legal age....our trained student brand managers supervise the moderate consumption of our products which are placed at events....the free products placed by us are limited and are provided for consumption in accordance with the recommended daily limits for individual consumption of alcoholic beverages....we make Responsible Drinking a topic of public discussion....we control the consumption of alcohol by the limited placement of our products and by proactive communication about them with the relevant target 4
