12 TEACHING EXPERIENCE 9/02 Present Assistant Professor, Yale University Description: Providing primary instruction for a senior undergraduate/graduate course on Addictive Behaviors, two lower level undergraduate courses; Introduction to Clinical Psychology course (Spring) and Statistics in Psychological Science (Fall), and one core graduate course; Health Psychology. The Addictive Behaviors seminar has an enrollment of and includes sections on epidemiology and classification, etiology, and prevention and treatment of alcohol and other drug use disorders. The Introduction to Clinical Psychology course has an enrollment of approximately 80 students and includes sections on history of the field, assessment and testing, psychotherapy, and areas of specialization within clinical psychology. The statistics course has an approximate enrollment of 150 and covers topics including the normal distribution, confidence intervals, hypothesis testing, ANOVA, regression and correlation, and non-parametric statistics.
