The role of the associations in this context, which is an increasing field also for EU (e.g. projects like IMPALA headed by Proff. Rutten and Suomi), could be very important in sensitizing national and local governments in being aware of the importance of the connection between lifestyles and urban context, in managing spaces, in re-qualyifing their offer as expert on this matter, in beeing agents of participative processes. 19
