1 REVIEW: SCAM OR LEGIT? Another day, another weight loss program. But is it really fair to group BeFinallyFit with all the other shady programs out there? Let s go and dissect this system! Disclaimer: This review is based on my evaluation of the COMPLETE system + direct contact with Hilde vd Berg herself, her BFF team, and even someone on the BFF program as of this writing! WHAT is BeFinallyFit? BeFinallyFit or BFF is a 28-day weight loss program 100% designed for women. The main handbook outlines what you need to do for 28 days, and this is accompanied by other guides (all optional) that make BFF a complete weight loss solution that s focused on both fast and long-term results. WHAT s In It for You? The BeFinallyFit system contends that if you follow its 28-day eating strategy which has been uniquely designed for the female body you will burn at least one pound of unwanted body fat every 72 hours. WILL I STARVE on BeFinallyFit? NO YOU WILL NOT. One of the things I pleasantly discovered while I was going over the 28-day eating plan was that I didn t have to cut out any food groups! Yey! There are even times when you re encouraged to eat unlimited. Yeah, truly. WHO Created BeFinallyFit? P a g e 1 of 7

2 BFF was created by 15+ year fitness veteran Hilde vd Berg. She s a professional fitness trainer, weight loss consultant, co-owner of their family owned fitness center, and she just recently became a licensed yoga master too! WHY is BeFinallyFit for Women Only? WOMEN ARE UNIQUE. Women s bodies are unique. Everyone knows this. And still, Hilde herself was taken aback at how men and women differ so much when they try to lose weight! As co-owner of their family-owned fitness center, Hilde was able to observe this weight loss gender bias firsthand. Pretty soon, Hilde was deep into the latest research in the fields of nutrition and weight loss. The more she knew, the more she realized that women were wasting their efforts at losing weight each and every time they adapted a generic weight loss solution. To lose weight successfully and achieve long-lasting results, women need a weight loss solution designed for women. Actually, when Hilde said this to me, it made complete sense. It s hard enough to lose weight, right? So if you re going to make any effort at all, might as well ensure that what you re doing corresponds with your specific body structure (fat levels, hormone levels, emotional levels, and all that jazz!) WHAT is Different with BeFinallyFit? Well, apart from the fact that it s for women only, I personally liked the fact that the 28-day program is EXTREMELY DETAILED. 3 That DOES NOT mean that you need to do a lot of work though. Hilde is adamant to say that BFF is detailed because there s no guesswork involved. Without giving too much away BFF provides a schedule for women to follow. Now, Hilde is keen to point out that the schedule is a GUIDE. However, the schedule is provided because from her experience, women don t like things vague. Hilde ALWAYS gets asked to give specifics. WHAT exactly to eat, WHAT exactly to do, etc. Also, Hilde found out that yes, LIFE can get in the way but if women are handed a detailed schedule they tend to truly follow it because they don t need to think or guess how to fit things in their busy lives. Another thing that s very different with BeFinallyFit is that it s COMPLETE. Hilde mentioned to me that life is not one dimensional, so why should a weight loss program be like that? Again, that just makes perfect sense. And you can see this thoroughness in the guides and in the bonus materials. They all complement each other. They re not just a bunch of stuff thrown together. First, you go through the main handbook the BFF Weight Loss for Life. It starts with a short explanation of the uniqueness of the female body. Your fat levels are different, your hormone levels are different, etc. so it s important to cater to those differences if you want to lose weight fast. Don t worry; this part is not long at all. The main part is of course the 28-day unique eating strategy which is broken down into the following phases. Jumpstart Phase (Days 1-3) Body Recalibrate Phase (Days 4-7) Blast Fat Phase (Days 8-14) BeFinallyFit Phase (Days 15-28) And here s the first thing that came to my mind when I went over these phases: I CAN DO THIS! I don t need to suffer. Hahaha! I even got in touch with another BFF client and she said that it s what attracted her to try BeFinallyFit in the first place the plan looks really realistic and doable. 5 1. BFF Weight Loss for Life. This is where you ll find the exact details of the 28-day unique eating strategy you need to follow to lose weight fast. 2. BFF Tighten & Tone. This handbook is optional. That is, you will lose weight without it. However, as a professional fitness trainer Hilde believes that physical activity is good for overall health. During our conversation, Hilde asked have you EVER come across any research that says physical activity is bad for you? Ok, point taken By the way, I was pleasantly surprised that this optional Tighten & Tone guide includes videos of Hilde herself showing how to correctly perform certain exercises. Cool! 3. BFF Success Mindset. This handbook is also optional. But I have to say, there are MANY points in this handbook that we women REALLY need to read. 4. BFF Sexy Body Maintenance. This handbook is also optional. To be honest, I was surprised there was a complete guide dedicated to MAINTAINING the weight loss you ve achieved with the BFF system. And I love it! ***FREE BONUSES*** BeFinallyFit comes with these bonus materials. And I tell you, these things are freaking well researched. 1. Sleep More, Weigh Less. Just a no b.s. read on how to improve sleep quality. When I read this, I must admit I didn t realize how my bedroom was making me fat! Grrrr! P a g e 5 of 7

6 2. De-Stress to Weigh Less. Ok, who s not stressed right? I mean, we all are! But this guide still managed to surprise me with its insight. It even touches on being careful that you re stress levels don t reach depression levels. Truly, with all the news out there nowadays about depression, I really appreciated reading this. 3. If I Bite It, I Write It. This is just a clever way of BeFinallyFit to try and get you into food journaling. Actually, I ve been personally doing that on and off for years now and I m really tired of trying to persuade people to do it. (People are lazy and don t want to do it!) But this journal is cute so if it makes YOU start food journaling I m all for it! Are Shakes or Supplements Required on the Program? ABSOLUTELY NOT. I ll tell you a secret. Did you know that all those other scammy weight loss programs secretly want you to get hooked on whatever drink or supplement they re trying to peddle to you? I ve gone over the program and I can tell you right now there s not a single page recommending any pill, shake, drink or supplement. Does BeFinallyFit REALLY WORK? Short answer: YES. I ve lost a total of 10.5 kilos on BeFinallyFit and I have to admit that I even sorta, kinda, went astray between the 3 rd and 4 th phases because of a vacation I took So I think I could ve even lost more.
