2 Sue Linja, RDN, LD Sue is the co-founder and officer of three (3) nutrition corporations, providing consultative nutrition services to over 150 entities - nursing homes, hospitals, residential care facilities, and private health and wellness businesses. Her passions include centenarian and Alzheimer s Disease research, menu and recipe development and improving quality of life for the aging.

3 SeAnne Safaii-Waite, PhD, RDN, LD SeAnne is Associate Professor of Dietetics at the University of Idaho and is president of Nutrition and Wellness Associates, LLC. Her research emphasis includes the dietary habits of centenarians, diabetes and social media interventions and the use of virtual technology and simulations in nutrition and dietetics education.
