Not only are people losing weight, but they are truly feeling like they can optimize their lives with Protein Daily and Micro Daily. We want to help you make a permanent lifestyle change as you shed some unwanted pounds and take important steps toward optimizing your health. 3 Welcome to The Happy Diet with Meals The Happy Diet includes Engage Global s Protein Daily, Micro Daily, and delicious, real, whole foods without the processed carbs and fillers like rice, noodles, and pasta. Our real foods taste great, and combined with Protein Daily and Micro Daily, will help you lose weight naturally by getting back to the basics of optimal nutrition. The Happy Diet Way: What to Expect In the coming weeks, you will gain clarity about eating right and losing weight. You ll learn that the best path is the simplest path, and you will feel more in control. #1 Days 1 & 2 Begin with a protein only detox to help you clean out your system and prepare for the important changes you are about to make. Simply have a Protein Daily shake only for each meal on days 1 and 2. Take your Micro Daily with your morning and evening shake and drink plenty of water or other liquids to stay well hydrated. Weight Loss Guidelines Follow our easy Weight Loss Guidelines included in your box if you want to add to your meal plan or eat out. You ll be able to use these long after you have achieved your weight loss goal to maintain optimal health. Focus on daily use of Protein Daily, Micro Daily, and eating the right foods and doing those things that Promote Weight Loss, eliminate things listed under Stalls Weight Loss. #2 Days 3-10 Energy increases. 4 Upon Arrival Unpack Your Food Order We use dry ice to keep your food cold. Dry ice is meant to evaporate during shipping, so it s ok if you don t see any left! If there is any remaining dry ice, use gloves to protect your hands while unpacking your food. Store Your Food If you haven t already, clear your pantry, fridge and freezer of all the foods listed on the Stalls Weight Loss list of your Weight Loss Guidelines. If your freezer space is limited, you can store meat items in the refrigerator for up to 14 days. 6 Things to Expect During Your Program Sugar Detox During the first few days of your program, you might notice that you feel a little weak, headachey, or tired. These are signs of sugar withdrawal, and they are telling you just how addictive sugar is. Sugar withdrawal is also a sign that you are on your way to losing weight. The best thing you can do is to stay hydrated, which will help your body detoxify faster. No More Cravings When you eat according to our Weight Loss Guidelines, your appetite and cravings will diminish. If you feel full, you don t need to clear your plate. Just avoid skipping meals hunger may catch you off guard, and you might be tempted to cheat. On the flip side, if you do feel hungry there are foods listed in the Weight Loss Guidelines that you can snack on or add to your meal plan. Plateaus Happen As you progress through the program, you may notice that you stall here and there. An easy and efficient way to quickly get out of a plateau is to repeat the Protein Daily fast you began your program with. The Protein is designed to keep you full and well nourished. Staying well-hydrated during a fast is critical. 7 Frequently Asked Questions Can I have cheats, sweets or alcohol? Cheating, even just one bite or sip of the things listed under Stalls Weight Loss in the Weight Loss Guidelines, delivered with your meals, will set you back at least two to four days. Make the commitment to stay 100% on track. You ll be glad you did. Can I eat out? It s easy to have a social life with The Happy Diet. You can eat at most any restaurant by selecting foods from the Promotes Weight Loss list in our Weight Loss Guidelines. Don t be shy, go ahead and ask your server to substitute pasta, bread, potatoes, chips, rice with side salads or broccoli. For great social alternatives to alcoholic beverages, order diet sodas, sparkling waters, unsweetened iced tea, or sugar-free virgin mocktails instead. Is there any sugar, soy, or gluten in Protein Daily? Protein Daily is naturally sweetened with stevia and has been specially formulated to ensure that it is safe for those with gluten allergies and intolerances. While it does not contain soy, it is manufactured in a facility that processes soy. Are the portions large enough to keep me full? Starvation plans are not fun, nor are they a good way to lose weight. It makes you wonder why so many diet plans serve tiny mouse-sized portions. The Happy Diet isn t like those other plans.
