From stiff necks to sore wrists to throbbing backs, headto-toe pain can result from sitting for hours in front of a computer. Musculoskeletal disorders are among the most common afflictions. The impact of these disorders can range from mild irritation to seriously impacting your quality of life. 4 Dietary Guidelines The 2016 Dietary Guidelines include: Enjoy your food, but eat less. Avoid oversized portions. Make half your plate fruits and vegetables. Switch to fat-free or low-fat (1%) milk.
