5 Important Steps for Running the EHS COURSE Begin the journey as you introduce The EHS Course in your church. PREPARE for Your EHS Course We recommend you do the following about 3 months before your course starts 1.1 PERSONAL PREPARATION Do the EHS course in a small group among the key leaders/coordinators before 1.2 INFORM CHURCH LEADERSHIP If you are not a church leader, ensure you have the support and blessing of the church and Share with them the EHS Inventory (Personal Assessment) tool that answers, Am I an 1.3 APPOINT AN EHS COORDINATOR 1.4 REGISTER YOUR EHS COURSE you can be invited to local EHS events, but also, that churches and people interested in pg2 PLAN Your EHS Course/Small Group 2.1 SET THE DATES SESSION EHS Introductory Event Go Back to Go Forward Journey through the Wall DATE 2.2 DECIDE HOW YOU WILL DELIVER THE TEACHING SESSIONS the speaker take on the role of EHS Course leader, but it may be that two or three people 2.3 PREPARE THE EHS COURSE INVITES available for: To include in welcome packets for visitors and/or membership pg3
