PHASED RF DOWNLOAD PVAC GOLD PROGRAM BORDEAUX PVAC GOLD EXPERIENCE Peer-to-peer course designed to educate physicians on Phased RF biophysics and technology fundamentals with a combination of different learning experiences. This is a 2-day educational program held at the IHU LIRYC-Electrophysiology and Heart Model Institute and the Hôpital Haut-Lévêque in Bordeaux, France. The number of participants is limited to four enabling hands-on practice in animal lab and one-on-one interaction with physician trainers during live cases. NEW TO LEFT (N2L) A stepwise peer-to-peer training program covering all aspects of AF ablation procedures. Step 1 is a two day classroom based theoretical training of the AF ablation procedure. The number of participants is limited to ten enabling one-on-one interaction and coaching from physician trainers during simulated cases. Step 2 is a three day observational training visit at an experienced EP lab which performs cryoballoon AF ablation procedures. Each training hopsital hosts a small group of three or four physicians in order to maximise the interaction and learning experience during live cases. Step 3 is performing cryoballoon ablation in your center with the support of the experienced AF ablation proctors. Recognition of AF ablation therapy as standard of care (including AF guidelines review, patient selection criteria and patient follow up management Anatomy of the left atrium through porcine heart dissection lab Manipulation of specific devices required for left atrial procedures Ability to access the left atrium by transseptal approach Ability to anticipate and manage issues related to AF ablations Ability to interupt the electrical signals in the left atrium Ability to successfully perform a complete AF ablation procedure using AF Solutions technologies Electrophysiologists that are proficient in performing EP procedures in the right atrium, and wish to extend their knowledge and skills to perform atrial fibrillation ablations with AF Solutions technologies. NURSE/ TECHNICIAN COURSE This program provides the essential information to support the wide variety of EP Lab procedures. The training includes tips and tricks of catheters management, pacing and ablation strategies, pacing and PVI validation techniques. The average number of participants is ten to be able to maximise the learning experience and interaction with physician trainers.
