Work your abs to the max in 15 minutes. Beginner - Enjoy this Vinyasa class enjoying sun salutations, warrior series, peak poses, finding your place on the mat, and final relaxation with meditation. Just let yourself breathe in breath out and focus on your present through uniting your body, mind and spirit. Chair - Improve your health through an amazing form of adaptive exercise. Regardless of your age, level of activity and physical challenges, you will derive wonderful benefits from participating in Chair Yoga. Cardio CIRCUIT-(Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced) Give yourself a twist from your normal cardio while enjoying moving from exercise to exercise in this circuit style. Lower Body Blast- (Intermediate, Advanced) A 1-hour super leg & abs sculpting program focusing on your lower half POWER - (Intermediate & Advanced)- this class will vary from week to week, ideal those who are fit and already following a Yoga practice. Focuses on breath, focus, strength and flexibility. A vinyasa-rich practice. Relaxing Flow - (All levels) providing an overall gentle and calming experience. Strong : ($25 for 12-week session for non-members; free to members) - This 12-week strength-training program is specifically for midlife and older women and geared towards those with osteoporosis or osteopenia. Learn to increase your strength, bone density, balance, and energy. You will look and feel better! This program is geared to strengthen your muscles, improve the integrity of your bones, and improve balance, coordination, and mobility. Gentle Movement Class - Not everyone is interested in or capable of engaging in a strenuous workout. There are many different forms of gentle movement and breathing techniques that have wonderful benefits for the body, mind and spirit, and may be done either standing or seated. Join others who are enjoying the benefits of Gentle Movement to encourage health and vitality regardless of physical limitation. Tai Chi and Yoga - These ancient forms of movement are designed to enhance health, relaxation, balance, flexibility and strength. Practiced daily and properly, these gentle yet powerful exercises promote mental tranquility, improve physical fitness, and increase circulation. Pranayama Yoga Classes For Continuing Students - Take your Yoga practice to the next level. This class places an emphasis on deepening awareness of the body and understanding of alignment principles. Movements are more flowing than in beginning classes. Knowledge of the basic poses is assumed, with posture variations and breathing practices to help you deepen your experience.
