This is a moderate-high intensity class. Body Toning: This strength training class is formatted to engage all muscles in your body. Exercise modifications are given. Class finishes with a gentle stretch. Muscle Recovery : This free class ends 9/28. Designed to help athletes & weekend warriors develop greater flexibility, fitness, & focus. Movements include key poses for areas of the body that are overused & prone to injury, or to help unwind after a busy day. This class is free & a great benefit for those preparing for the Sept. Colorado Springs Marathon, 1/2 Marathon or 5K. Zumba: Ditch the workout &join the dance party! This class fuses Latin rhythms & easy-to-follow dance moves to create a fitness-based workout that will leave you sweating! No dance background necessary; all fitness levels welcome!

3 Class Descriptions Instructors maintain professional certifications from nationally accredited agencies. Barbell Mix: This class utilizes barbell exercises along with other tools designed to challenge your muscles, build lean body mass, muscle definition, and burn calories! This is a moderate-high intensity class. Body Toning: Formatted to exercise all muscles in your body, this strength training class utilizes different equipment weekly in order to introduce new movements to your body. Exercise modifications are given. Class finishes with a gentle stretch. Cardio Kickboxing: Jab, hook, cross, uppercut, & kick your way to a fitter you in an upbeat & fun cardio workout! Cycle Strength Fusion: Get the most bang for your workout buck with a mix of cycling intervals and resistance exercises off the bike for ultimate full body strength and conditioning. Express for Core Strength: In less than 30 minutes enjoy an effective workout that incorporates movements to target the abdominal, hip, & spinal muscles! Great for those with limited time to workout throughout the day. It s highly recommended to attend on an empty stomach. Express Tabata: Tabata training involves high-intensity interval training (HIIT) using a variety of bodyweight exercises. Push yourself as hard as you can for 20 seconds & rest for 10 seconds for each set during this workout that will have you out the door in less than 30 minutes. Muscle Recovery : Designed to help athletes & weekend warriors recover, develop greater flexibility, fitness, and focus. Experience movements & poses for areas of the body that are most overused & prone to injury, or help unwind after a busy day. This class is free (through 9/26) & a great benefit to those preparing for the September Colorado Springs Marathon, 1/2 Marathon, or 5K. Power Up! FREE: Saturdays with Margaret, PSF President & CEO (90 min). Get your mega-dose of cardio, muscle toning, balance, agility training, & flexibility. You are guaranteed to burn calories & leave class with a sweaty smile on your face! This is a moderate-high intensity class. Tai Chi: A form of moving meditation practiced with slow, relaxed, & flowing movements. Class is ideal for those seeking gentle rehab exercises & to study inner power through calmness. Therapeutic : A gentle, healing & deeply nurturing class led by a certified Therapist. Find ways to manage & eliminate chronic stress & discover renewed wellbeing. Safe, breath inspired yoga, guided relaxation, awareness training & meditation are taught each week. Total Body Blast: Using barbells, balls, tubing, BOSU s & any equipment our space offers, your body will focus on cardio and strength! The intensity will be increased during the second 30 minutes so choose the best workout to suit your needs. Walking (Baguazhang): A gentle, whole body exercise & flow experience that involves linear & circular movement exercises that trains balance, tones the muscles of the entire body, & promotes meditative mindful walking.

Note: class sizes are limited and this package does not guarantee a spot in class. 5 online at: Centura.org Group Ex Policies & Procedures Registration Registration is required by calling (719) and full payment is required a minimum of 24 hours prior to start of session and is non-refundable. Punch cards are available in 5, 10, or 20 class packages. Purchasing a package or punch card does not guarantee a spot in classes. Class capacity is limited. Class Cancellation/Low Participation Based on class participation, classes may be cancelled after the first 2 weeks of classes. As long as we have your updated contact information, participants will be notified which classes have been cancelled. Weather Cancellations & Text Alerts You can call the weather hotline at (719) for weather related cancellations or you can choose to receive text alerts from PSF Wellness by texting PSFWellness to The weather hotline is updated at least 1 hour prior to class during periods of inclement weather. Exception: If D-11 has delays or cancellations, classes prior to 11am will be cancelled at PH. Participants will not be refunded for cancelled classes. Payments The Wellness Center accepts payroll deduction forms, checks (made out to PSF Wellness) or credit/debit. Cash is not accepted. Drop off registration/payment at either locations Wellness Center. Outside of office hours a drop box is available. You ll find one in the Wellness Center lobby at PH. At SFMC one is located outside of the Wellness Center office and the other in the Group Exercise room. To pay by credit/debit, please call (719) Refunds/Prorating Refunds are generally not given, but will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are requesting a refund, please call (719) Prorating is not available. A participant may purchase a punch card if they join a session late. Punch Cards Purchased cards will be kept in the designated Group Exercise room at all times. Participants are required to punch their card every time they attend a class. Punch cards expire one year from purchase and are non-refundable. The PSF Wellness Center is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Participants who purchase the card will be put into a database and be notified of all class cancellations throughout the year or can sign up for text alerts (see above). Other No children under the age of 12 may attend a PSF Wellness Center group exercise class. Children under 12 cannot be left unsupervised at any time. Children 12 and up can attend class with a parent/guardian No pets with the exception of service animals.
