INSIDE THE CLUB!! Happy Anniversary!! Randy and Ellen Whittenberger 7/3 Happy Birthday!! Randy Whittenberger 7/23 Gil Stroup 7/26 Marv Regner 7/30 Tim Winter 7/31 Board of Director s Summary On the first Tuesday of every month, our club holds a BOD meeting. All members are always welcome to attend. From July s meeting: Roger welcomed all the new BOD members as this was the first meeting of the new year. Roger will be talking to key individuals to see if he can fill some of the open committee positions. These include positions for Foundation, Membership, Club, Vocation, International, and Parkway Coordinator. If anyone is interested in any of these positions, you should speak to Roger. There is an understanding that at this point we need to focus on Membership. Roger is looking to have an additional meeting with membership as our focus. There will be created a document for members during the meeting to update their personal information: contact, classification, birthday, anniversary, etc. All members are asked to look at the printout during the meetings and update their information. Rotary International has changed many of the requirements of Rotary. We have much more flexibility in conducting our meetings. Many of the attendance and classification rules are no longer in effect at RI. Roger will be polling the members about their opinions on many things at the club. He is collecting information so that he can see how the club can best serve the community while meeting the needs of the members.
