The RSR: Ryan White Program Services Report RSR has three components 1. Grantee Report 2. Provider Report 3. Client Report (Client Level Data) Grantees complete the grantee report; providers complete the provider report; and the grantees and/or provider complete the client level report 4

Client Report (Client-Level Data) Purpose of client level report Provides a record for each client receiving a Ryan White Program funded service Elements Each record will include up to 64 data elements, including: Encrypted Unique Client Identifier (euci) Demographics Ryan White Funded Services received Clinical Information 5

HIV and Men Who Have Sex with Men (MSM) 15 Black MSM: 32.4% of all MSM Represent 66.4% of the MSM ages 13-18 (youth) Represent 61% of the MSM ages 19-24 (young adult) 29.4% are ages 45-54 (older/aging) Approximately two-thirds of Black MSM are 100% below FPL Almost half (48.7%) of Black MSM had no insurance at some time during the year
