o We collect FL state chapter dues and then disperse throughout year though, so our fund balance fluctuates accordingly o Where does money go: - Travel for our representatives to attend JCEP, PILD, and JOE meetings. - Compensation for executive secretary and webmaster - Admin stuff like tax accountant, maintaining non-profit status, etc. - Support for 4-H programs and ANREP initiatives o We are trying to reduce reliance on conference income through - Donors - Sponsors - Fundraising o Past president s fund - Contributions come from past presidents only - The fund is to support professional leadership development opportunities. o Conference travel scholarships - Recipients this year need to be talk to Ramona to get a check. 2016 conference o Joint spending with NACDEP o $20k sponsorships received o 415 attendees - 175 from ANREP (updated number: ~205) - Gross $180k income from registrations and sponsorship o Our goal is to have $10k of net revenue after paying conference expenses 5.
