In case of children, parents/guardians are to ensure that their child is/children are fit. SportMalta reserves the right to change or cancel any programme as deemed necessary. If the minimum number of applicants is not reached, the programme will not be held. Applications will be treated on a first come, first served basis. Online applications go directly to the system so automatically they are processed immediately, whilst paper/manual applications take longer and places might be filled up during this process. Once booking is effected, SportMalta shall not issue any refunds and/or credit notes, unless the programme is cancelled by SportMalta. Any misbehaviour can lead to dismissal from the programme.
