Send your CEREC Omnicam and Bluecam scans to the laboratory via CEREC Connect portal. The CEREC intra-oral impression file is loaded directly into 3Shape Scan With software for digital design and Cerec manufacturing of restorations in a material of your choice. Ideal for large cases and anterior restorations Laboratory design and manufacturing in 3Shape CADCAM 3D digital printed resin models with removable dies and articulator Choose from all types of restorations and materials Design In 3Shape 13. Review the Information and click Submit Cart Print 3D Resin Models 14. Once you have clicked Submit Cart you must re-enter the User Name and Password Success Congratulations, You Have Just Sent Your First Cerec Case To Protec! Choose Your Favourite Restoration Zirconia Crowns & Bridges Zirconia Implant Restorations 15. Your Submission is Complete and you NANOCERAMIC Inlays, Onlays, And Crowns can now view your current order list Crowns & Bridges Provisional Restorations Done!
How to Send Your Omnicam and Bluecam Files to Protec Dental Laboratories 1. Powder and take the impression of the Preparation Quadrant 2. Powder and take the impression of the Antagonist Quadrant 3. Then powder and scan the Buccal Bite 4. Click on Model to begin Correlation Process
5. If the Shipping Address is the same as the Billing Address, leave the box Checked. If not, Uncheck the box and fill in drop down menu with Shipping Address 7. Welcome! You are now logged into your account 6. You will be Contacted within 3 Business Days to finalize your Account Registration. Once you ve been contacted and confirm your Registration, you may Login 8. Click on My Favorite Laboratories located in the dropdown menu on the left hand side. Search for Protec and click Find 5. Orient the quadrants so that their angle 6. Drag the Buccal Bite towards either 7. When the three images are matched, the 8. Mark the margins then select Connect matches the Buccal Bite Buccal Bite will appear mottled on both the Preparation and the Antagonist quadrant, matching up images. Next, drag the Merged Images onto the Opposing Arch
