TIMES Movement Screening (1 session) and Program Orientation (2 sessions) (All teams must be screened and must attend program orientation these sessions do count towards your package) The movement screening allows us to determine the strengths and weakness of each athlete so that we can provide a thorough program. Your athletes should wear athletic attire for this session. The movement screening only needs to be conducted when your team moves through a new phase in the program design (ex., in-season to post-season). The program orientation consists of two training sessions where the Master Trainer will discuss and implement the program with the assistance of one of our trainers. After the two orientation sessions are complete your team will continue to train with the Trainer that has been assigned. A Program Orientation (2 sessions) must be completed each time a new program has been created to ensure the athletes and designated Trainer have been educated on the execution of the program lead by the Master Trainer. When continuing with a new session in the same training phase (ex., continuing with an in-season package for another 8 weeks), a movement test will be conducted to determine improvements and new baseline strength measures. SPORTS NUTRITION Now more than ever, athletes need to acquire sports nutrition information. Optimal nutrition is an INTEGRAL part of sport performance. An inadequate diet before, during and after sports can severely limit an athlete s potential for maximum performance. Sports nutritional counseling will help: - optimize fuel use so that you remain energized throughout your training - understand that providing the right nutrients, in the right amount at the right time will help with the recovery process required from your training so that you are ready for your next practice or competition - Essential and sufficient nutrients can keep you healthy and be able to fight off infection, limiting the suppression of the immune system often experienced with intense training Please see registration form for booking times. Cost: $60/hour (for entire team + parents/coaching staff) Did You Know? Our lower gym was recently renovated in order to offer various sports specific training modalities.
