Mrs.Sporty Mrs.Sporty was introduced in 2005 as an efficient and effective training concept using hydraulic machines and offering a high amount of assistance to its members In 2016 Mrs.Sporty decided to shift to a full Pixformance concept, which is currently installed in 255 Mrs.Sporty Clubs across Europe Between 4-8 Pixformance Smart Trainers are arranged in a circuit (with in between stations) Users rotate from station to station after each exercise creating a dynamic group atmosphere, while training with totally individualized workouts Users perform regular check-ups with their trainer using the Pixformance online platform to adjust workouts. Essink Sportcentrum Pixformance was introduced to generate new members by offering an innovative new training tool as well as upselling existing members for retention purposes. The business model foresees an extra charge (10 ) for members using Pixformance. Pricing can be defined individually for each client. Pixformance also supports clients with marketing tools, such as online marketing campaigns and TV commercials*. Marketing campaigns are tailored to fit the target audience. Essink Sportcentrum Essink Sports Center in Eindhoven introduced Pixformance in June 2015. The following business case was created to generate extra revenue using the Pixformance equipment: Calculation Extra net fee for Pixformance: 9,97 Paying members after 1,5 yrs: 317 Total extra revenue/ month: 3.163 * Members feel that they are finally able to get individualized and truly measurable training and are willing to pay the extra fee. 14% of members have signed up for the Pixformance training. Essink Sportcentrum Since the introduction of Pixformance the use case demonstrates continuous demand amongst existing and new members, which allowed the club to cover the leasing fees within the first two months and to generate steadily increasing revenue for the club. Interestingly enough, the figures show that when the club focuses on Pixformance during its sales activities, the conversion of members increased significantly. A specialized Facebook campaign was launched towards the end of the year, supported by Pixformance. The campaign was sales driven and received more than 30 leads per week. Usually the sign-up rate of new members seasonally decreased towards the end of the year, but the strategically implemented marketing tool helped to keep figures high and even increasing until the end of the year.
