2018 Festival of Trees Big Tree Sponsorship Options Tree Sponsorship Package A 7.5 Tree, Sponsor provides a Designer The sponsor provides a design team and directly underwrites the decorating budget. Many sponsors also contribute products, goods and services to enhance the value and presentation of their tree. The 7.5 premium pre-lit tree will be provided to your design team by the Festival. The decorated 7.5 tree will be displayed throughout the Festival events, described and acknowledged in the Gala Program (if selected for Live Auction). The tree and accompanying items will be delivered to a location of the successful bidder s choice after Festival. Sponsorship fee is $900 Tree Sponsorship Package B 7.5 Tree, Festival assigns Designer The Festival will assign a design team from among our list of experienced designers and the 7.5 premium pre-lit tree will be provided to your design team by the time of the Festival. You will provide the designer with a budget of your choice, which they will then use to purchase the decorations and anything to accompany the tree with. The decorated 7.5 tree will be displayed throughout the Festival events, described and acknowledged in the Gala Program (if selected for Live Auction). The tree and accompanying items will be delivered to a location of the successful bidder s choice after Festival. Sponsorship fee is $900.00 + the amount you provide for décor. Tree Sponsorship Package C - 5 Tree, Sponsor provides a Designer The Sponsor provides a design team and directly underwrites the decorating budget. Many sponsors also contribute products, goods and services to enhance the value and presentation of their tree. The 5 premium pre-lit tree will be provided to your design team by the Festival. The decorated 5 tree will be displayed throughout the Festival s events, described and acknowledged in the Gala Program (if selected for Live Auction).
