RT is a force of change. Our grass roots movement is geared toward innovation and forward movement. Our team is driven, passionate, and goal-oriented. Together, especially on stage, we are like a family. Our primary mission is to educate our youth. We achieve this by having our members combine their talents and experiences to create a positive change in the substance use community. Students are saying This is the best presentation I have ever seen! We want to learn more. We want to get involved. We want to help others. We want to follow our dreams! Accomplishing the unthinkable In just over 2 years RISE TOGETHER has started a movement of hope We have educated nearly 100,000 people in the Wisconsin alone and this is just the beginning. We have partnered with over 150 schools across the Midwest. 92% of the students claimed they have found our presentation effective With a majority of them being less likely to get involved with drugs following our RISE TOGETHER presentation! o 60% said they are more likely to get involved in their community o 79% said they are more likely to follow their dreams, goals, and aspirations

Our educational programs have Helped youth to ask for help for the very first time & receive onsite and online mentoring support. Identify the substance abuse issues in many communities & help deliver a brief intervention that has helped to insure youth stay on a healthy track. Deliver guidance to local resources Each one of our professionally trained speakers are getting through to the students. They are being seen as their peer or looked up to as idols rather than an authority figure giving out information. Our group is doing a phenomenal job. o Educating o Giving a positive message that will last for years to come o Motivating others to take action o Making it cool to live a drug free lifestyle

Our Services RISE TOGETHER provides a very strategic amount of services that not only bring value to students but also parents, businesses, and all parts of the community. Our services seek to create a long-lasting & positive culture. Programing Educational Seminars Designed to educate students, teachers, families, professionals, and the community, in a variety of settings, on topics of substance abuse, addiction, mental health awareness, and the development of life skills. Peer Recovery Coaching RT recovery coaches primarily specialize in youth, young adults, LGBT, mental health & individuals with cooccurring disorders. Also have recovery coach trainer on staff to extend these services in a variety of settings. One of the best school-based prevention programs in the nation! Student-led Programs - These youth advocacy groups would be developed with student coordinators in correlation with student counselors and related teachers or administrators within the school district that is interested in developing this program. Community Awareness & Branding our messaging platforms promote the message of recovery in all forms and encourage a community for a positive social change. Workshops & Trainings Grassroots advocacy not only to designed our brand message but these trainings extend messaging around recovery & helps build long-term advocates; all working to the greater good together. Workshops We deliver a variety of workshops that incorporates our core mission to bring education, awareness, and community outreach to the forefront of our communities conversation.

Key Partners In my 15 years working in youth leadership development, I have never seen two speakers that have been able to engage and inspire a group of youth like Anthony & Douglas were able to! Daniel Terio youth development manager Here is a snapshot of our key partners We look to grow our partnerships locally, regionally, and nationally to truly make a much larger positive impact on our communities all across the nation.

Educational Seminar Snapshot Together We Rise. Alone We Fall. Project Name: Reducing Substance Use among Young People & beyond developing a better life & helping to create a positive culture in the U.S. Education & Outreach Our core presenters are highly motivated individuals that won t stop until their voices are heard, move audiences of 1,000 s, and change the world! We are on the Rise to already building one of the best speaking platforms in the nation. Not only are we helping to change the lives of many but our lives are changing as well. Closing Point: We would love to discuss our student-based program with you. Give us an opportunity to save the lives of our youth. Together we can make a difference. I look forward to your response, Douglas Darby Project Coordinator, Young People in Recovery douglas.darby@youngpeopleinrecovery.org 920.327.9995 RISE TOGETHER www.weallrisetogether.org #: (920) 327.9995
