[any additional key views, orientations, 1 2 3 4 and/or positions?] For each criterion item, the recruited experts were asked to provide a rating (1 = not important, 2 = somewhat important, 3 = quite important, and 4 = highly important), and they were given the option of providing a rationale or comment for each rating. This table was divided into three overarching sections, including Anatomical Structures and Features, 3D Relationships Between Structures, and Key Views, Orientations, and/or Positions. The items within the Anatomical Structures and Features section were grouped into six categories, including Skeletal Structures and Features, Muscular

Structures and Features, Organs and Other Soft Tissue Structures, Vascular, Nerves, and Spaces. The items within the Organs and Other Soft Tissue Structures category included those structures found within both male and female humans as well as Male- Specific and Female-Specific Organs and Structures. Two additional rows within each overarching section and each category were provided in case experts considered other items that were not included in the first-round survey and in case they wanted to write or type them for inclusion in the second generated list. Those items which are typed in italics and highlighted in the peach color are structures that have a tissue density that is too low to be viewed on computerized tomography (CT) images. These items were denoted to make the experts aware that some items, though important, may not be visualized in a pelvis model that will be generated from CT scans.

Since these average I-CVI values were greater than 0.80, these respective items were retained in the final list of criteria. The average I-CVI values were rounded to the nearest hundredth s place according to the rules for significant figures. *Note: In the third round, the abdominal wall muscles were listed as a single item including all four muscles. In the fourth round, each of the four individual abdominal wall muscles was listed as a separate item. The I-CVI value (0.83) of the abdominal wall muscles item in the third round was averaged with each of the four I-CVI values of the individual abdominal wall muscles (rectus abdominus muscles, external oblique muscles, internal oblique muscles, and transversus abdominus muscles). The I-CVI value for each of these muscles in the fourth round was calculated to be 0.67. The average I-CVI value for each of these muscles then was calculated to be 0.75, warranting the removal of each of these four items from the criteria list. I-CVI = item-level content validity index

Criterion items with an I-CVI 0.80 warrant retention in the overall list. The average I-CVI values were rounded to the nearest hundredth s place based on the rules for significant figures. *Note: In the third round, the abdominal wall muscles were listed as a single item including all four muscles. Therefore, the I-CVI value for the rectus abdominus muscles in the third round actually represents the I-CVI value for all abdominal wall muscles collectively. As a result, the other abdominal wall muscles (denoted by the letter x) do not have I-CVI values from the third round listed since they were not rated by experts separately. In the fourth round, each of the four individual abdominal wall muscles was listed as a separate item. Thus, the I-CVI value (0.83) of the abdominal wall muscles item in the third round was averaged with each of the four I-CVI values of the individual abdominal wall muscles (rectus abdominus muscles, external oblique muscles, internal oblique muscles, and transversus abdominus muscles) from the fourth round. The I- CVI value for each of these muscles in the fourth round was calculated to be 0.67. The average I-CVI value for each of these muscles then was calculated to be 0.75, warranting the removal of each of these four items from the criteria list. I-CVI = item-level content validity index
