FRANZCOG Training Program Logbook Procedure List and Classification This logbook procedure list provides sites and trainees with the major/minor classification of procedures in the online logbook. As detailed in the Accreditation Standards and Guidelines for Hospital in the FRANZCOG Training Program July 2016, the overall trainee average for a hospital must be greater than or equal to 23 major gynaecological surgical procedures as primary operator per 6 month training period. Procedures listed are those included for entry into the online logbook (revisions/additions marked with an asterisk* will take effect from mid-2018. Exposure to all procedures listed is not a requirement of the FRANZCOG Training Program. Additional procedures have been included to enable trainees to record their experience even though it may be outside of the requirements of the FRANZCOG Training Program.
